Would work great, although 3200 mhz seems to be the best speed for our motherboards

I just bought these online and they came saying OPTIMIZED FOR AMD on the package? Why is that so? I have the Intel 13th gen and z790 motherboard .. Will they work or should I return them while I still can?

they will work but I'd return them for ram that are timed better for Intel's XMP

I enable xmp and they stay at 2133mhz

You can try setting your MHz and auto xmp, your bios will adjust accordingly If you do not tweak your setting.
