I always catch pointers on Sportcruisers from your CFI's. Such as operating in the yellow etc. I guess I lucked out on my first cross country. No pre cross country solo checkride. I showed up one day and did a short preflight brief with CFI and left. He didn't go with me. We are sweating buckets up here in Northen California too. From coastal fog to HOT in 2 hours. Where was landing #1 on your video? Guessing your camera died as the plane isn't damaged by some horrific landing you edited out. Thanks for posting. :-)

Ha, no thankfully no horrific landing. It was good, not great at Camarillo (KCMA). Did my solo cross country today to Santa Barbara and will post in a few hours! So close to my checkride, stoked!

How much leg room is in these? It’s pretty much the only modern aircraft I can afford but I’m around 6 ft 4.
