Cory, let me introduce you to enchantments: Enchanting is a mechanic that augments armor, tools, weapons, and books with one or more of a variety of "enchantments" that improve an item's existing abilities or imbue them with additional abilities and uses. You will need to craft an enchantment table and surround it with many bookshelves 1 space away from the table. To enchant something you need to put the item in the table and put lapis lazuli in it too. This is what enchantments you wish to have on your pickaxe. You will need 2 diamond pickaxes. Pickaxe one: Efficiency 4/5 Unbreaking 3 Fortune 3 (really useful, fortune is an enchantment applied to mining and digging tools that increases the amount and/or chances of specific item drops. It does not increase experience drops) Mending (repairs tools with experience) Pickaxe two: Efficiency 4/5 Unbreaking 3 Silk Touch (Silk Touch is an enchantment that allows many blocks to drop themselves instead of their usual items when mined) Mending Like so cory sees!

If u ever come back to this series here are some major things you can still do to progress yourself (pls I'm begging u) 1. The nether (can prolly be an entire episodes worth of content): I'm sure you are probably already familiar with what a nether portal looks like, but in case you don't know you need at least 10 block of obsidian in a rectangle shape, and a flint and steel to light it. Once you get to the nether there are many different biomes you can go to which wasn't the case for prior versions, but with the nether update it's a little more complicated than usual. I STRONGLY recommend wearing gold boots or any golden armor of choice because piglins will attack you if you do not wear at least one piece of gold. There's an extremely small chance to find this, but ancient debris can be found deep within netherack and most blocks in the nether which can be used to make the highest tier material, netherite. While in the nether you can find big structures called "Nether fortresses" usually made out of dark redish bricks, and within these structures you can find blazes which drop blaze rods, which make blaze powder which can be used to brew potions with a brewing stand and can be combined with ender pearls to make eyes of ender. 2. Eyes of ender and the fortress: Eyes of ender can be thrown with right click and whichever direction it goes is the direction of the stronghold, although, the stronghold is usually very far away so you shouldn't throw too many eyes of ender because there is a chance that it will break, you need to have an okay-ish amount of eyes of ender left when you reach the fortress or else you can't complete the portal (I recommend you have at least 8) 3. The end: Once the end portal is completed you can go in, but once you go in there isn't a way out besides death if you do go to the end I HIGHLY recommend you're strongly prepared and set you spawn just right outside of the portal so you can easily access it if you do die. Inside the end are TONS of endermen so keep your head low-ish and kill the dragon. In order to kill the dragon you need to destroy each end crystal that supports the dragon, they are found on the giant obsidian columns and once all are destroyed go in for the kill 4: (extremely un recommended) The warden: You definitely have the option to go fight the warden but you prolly shouldn't because it sucks and it's very easy to lose everything you have trying, I'm not gonna write much else because I don't even think you're coming back to this series

Tips For Enchantments Cory: For beginning enchanting, you would really want to enchant pretty much only these items in the early enchanting with these enchantments below. Sword: Sharpness: (recommended) Does a general amount of more damage to all mobs. Good to start off with. Unbreaking: Makes the durability of your item last longer. Looting (Optional, but use this if found no matter what) Increased mob loot drops when they are killed (Use for endermen, you will thank me) Pickaxe: Efficiency: (recommended) Increases speed of how fast blocks are mined. Unbreaking: Makes the durability of your item last longer. Fortune: (Optional, but use this if found no matter what) Increases drops of coal, redstone, lapis, and most importantly DIAMONDS. All Armor: (helmet, chest plate, leggings, and boots) Protection: (Very Recommended) Best general defense that you should always get. Protects you from mostly all damage done to you. Unbreaking: Makes the durability of your item last longer. These are really what you only need at your point of the game. When you defeat the Ender Dragon, (last main quest) you get at least over 50 levels of experience. After you defeat the dragon, (hopefully) i will tell you ever single enchantment when you are ready. You should also surround your enchantment table with atleast 15 bookshelves, 1 block away from the table. NOTE: THE HIGHER THE LEVEL OF THE ENCHANTMENT, THE MORE EFFECTIVE IT IS. ex. Sharpness II > Sharpness I (Tip: I see you have enchanted your sword with Bane of Arthropods. That is not very good unless you plan on only really killing spiders and silver fish. You can make a grind stone (2 wood planks, 2 sticks, 1 stone slab) And put your sword in there. That way, you can re enchant it with sharpness. i usually hate people who say this but PLEASE like so ya boy Cory can see this. Enchantment guide: When enchanting armor, you usually would want to go for “Protection,” when enchanting swords you would want to go for “Sharpness” (it increases damage). When enchanting tools “Efficiency” is the enchant you want to go for (it increases mining time/speed). Diamonds: when you open f3 and see that you’re at level 12, you can just keep mining straight if you can’t find a cave, it’ll give you chances of getting diamonds too. And when you’re mining diamonds always mine around it because there are chances that other diamonds can be hiding behind stone blocks. Lava: you can use any block to place on lava expect for wood based items, such as wood, planks, slabs, etc. (sand and gravel will sink in lava so make sure you place multiple)

Cory, i know you ain't probably ever coming back to this series, but here are some tips, on the off chance you do. 1. Make a room for your enchantment table, make it spacious, so you can place bookshelves around the enchantment table, which then gives the enchantment table more useful stuff. 2. Make an anvil. Anvils can be made in a crafting table, using 3 blocks of iron, with 4 iron ingots as well. Anvils allow you to apply enchantment books to armor and tools. you can enchant books with the enchantment table, or find them in rare structures. (The rare structures being the mineshaft where you got bodied by cave spiders, a mob spawner, a rare cobblestone box underground, with a spawner in the middle, and 1-2 chests in it. and many more structures that are too late game to be talking about now.) 3. Trade with villagers. If you trade with the fletching villagers, (the ones with the hat with a feather on it) if you're lucky, they'll sell sticks for emeralds, so chop down a bunch of trees, make all the wood into sticks, and sell the sticks for emeralds. these emeralds can then be used to buy stuff from the armorer, which may sound useless at first, but they have a progress bar that when it gets full, they will sell new stuff, after a short period of time. if you level up the armorer enough, you can get enchanted DIAMOND armor, for the price of a few emeralds, and we know how easy those are to obtain. (fletcher method). to clear up some confusion about some things in this episode... You enchanted your sword with Bane of Arthropods, which makes your sword deal more damage to insects, such as Spiders, Cave Spiders, and Bee's. You enchanted your diamond chestplate with protection 1, which makes you withstand more damage than normal. Projectile protection makes enemies that shoot projectiles, like skeletons, do less damage. Fire protection makes you more resistant to lava and fire. Blast protection makes you more resistant to explosions, and creepers. other stuff: The Thorns enchantment will make you reflect a small amount of damage to the attacker when hit. Thorns can be applied to your chestplate. If you're lucky enough, in the forest, you can tame Wolfs using some bones. Wolfs will attack skeletons and sheep by themselves, and will attack whatever enemy is attacking you at the time. Wolf's health can be replenished by feeding them cooked, or raw meat, or even rotten flesh. If your Wolf's tail is up in the air, that means it's at max health, if your Wolf's tail is point to the floor, it is at low health. At villages, you can find cats, if you have a lot of fish, you can tame them, but if you get too close, they'll run away. You'll have to crouch and stand still, and if the cat comes to you when holding fish out, right click it, and feed it enough fish to tame it! Cat's can scare away creepers, and they can bring you a random gift if you sleep, and they're not sat down.

Tip: If you put at least 15 bookshelves around the enchantment table the enchantment will be stronger, you must have Lapis. After you do that you will see symbols coming off of the bookshelf and into the book, then click the highest number. When you enchant you will know by the item you enchanted glowing. Main enchantments you'll be looking for can consist of: For swords, Sharpness 1-5 (increases damage), Fire Aspect (sets enemies on fire), and Knockback 1-2 (knocks enemies back). For pickaxes, axes, shovels, you'll want Efficiency (mines a lot faster), and Silk Touch (let's you collect blocks that you normally can't, for example, you can now collect stone by mining regularly instead of smelting cobblestone into stone.) For armor, you want mostly Protection 1-4 (increases your damage absorption). If you have the opportunity to, you should also try and put Unbreaking III on your tools, since it delays your tools from breaking by a lot. Enchants can be removed using grindstones, which you could probably find one in the village you discovered. There are also bad enchantments, which are called "curses". You can't remove these via grindstone, but you won't find them on the enchantment table either. They are mostly found on loot like tools and armor that you find in dungeons, mansions, nether fortresses, end cities, and more Bane of Arthropods increases your damage against spiders, smite increases damage against the undead, and that's basically all for those. Pretty useless. Hope this helps. (p.s, you can max out the potential of your enchanting table by surrounding it with 15 bookcases!) Edit: Thank you to whoever told me I forgot Fortune, Fortune 1-3 increases the amount of ores you get when mining, although this *does not* count for ores that you have to smelt like gold and iron. If you have the chance to grab Fortune, DO IT!

Protection only goes to 4 (unless that was recently changed, I'm not sure- feel free to correct me) and Bane/Smite can be useful for mob grinding, but Sharpness is still generally the best sword enchantment since it adds raw damage rather than specific damage.

Hey Cory, just thought that I'd drop these tips here 😌 That tall black thing with the purple eyes, that you kept getting scared of? It's an Enderman, but they won't attack you unless you look at them. They do quite alot of damage, (I lost my minecraft dog to one of those freaks) but they hate water! So when fighting them I recommend you stay in a pool of water or something. If you put a pumpkin on your head, you can look at them with no consequence tho. You have the new Nether update, so Diamond tools are no longer the strongest tools in the game. The strongest Armor/Tools are now Netherrite stuff! You can find Netherrite in the nether, but don't go without some sort of gold armor, the piglins will start attacking you if you don't have gold gucci on 😌😳 Netherrite things also have fire resistance on them, so they can't burn in lava! Also, when going into the nether I recommend that you bring a saddle (There's Strider things in the nether that walk on lava! All you need to get one is a saddle and a warped mushroom on a stick!). You can also hide under a 2 block tall gap, they can reach you there. And I wouldn't quite say that that's all bc there's also TIPS. Hey Cory I hope your reading this. If not then like this comment if you think it's helpful. Now Here are tips and tricks for Minecraft. Diamonds can be used for various things but most importantly a diamond pickaxe or an enchanting table. The diamond pickaxe is used to mine obsidian, the material to create a nether portal. The minimum is ten obsidian in a 4x5 formation (no need for the corners). To light it you need a flint and steel, crafted with an iron ingot and a flint acquired randomly while mining gravel. The nether is one of the most dangerous places in Minecraft. You need to have at least one piece of gold armor so the Piglins, human pigs won't attack you. Piglins can also trade important stuff like ender pearls and maybe even netherite. There are other variations of pigs like Zombified Piglins which won't attack you at all unless you attack them ( if you attack one all in a 60-100 block radius will come for you ) or like Hoglins which are wild hogs which will attack you no matter what. They are the primary food source in the nether. In this firey dimension there's gold ores that drop golden nuggets (which can be crafted into an gold ingot with nine of them in a crafting table) and there's also Blackstone which acts like cobblestone. There are also structures like the Bastion Remnant made of Blackstone which is filled with gold and loot and Piglins. Do not attempt to open a chest next to them as they will get aggressive. I suggest using a hopper crafted with a chest and five iron ingots and put it under the chest. The loot in a Bastion is usually bones gold, iron, armor and even enchanting books like soul speed (which gives you speed on soul sand, known to slow players down). There is also the nether fortress, which houses blaze spawners. Blazes shoot fire projectiles so block your shield when they're on fire. They drop blaze rods which can be crafted into blaze powder and then combined with ender pearls makes ender eyes which are very important to "finishing" the game (Minecraft can't be finished as there is much more to do after). The nether fortress also has wither skeletons which are tall black skeletons with stone swords. When they hit you they give the wither effect, which is like poison, but does eventually kill you. There is also a small structure which has a music disc called pigstep, which to play you would need a juke box crafted with wood planks surrounding a diamond. It makes Piglins dance. The nether is also the home of the striders, red cubes with legs. They are pretty cute and friendly and are cold when outside of lava. You can ride them on lava with a saddle and a warped mushroom (found in the warped forest biome) on a stick. Each nether biome has different enemies. The basalt biome, which is black, dark, gray and has ash raining down has magma cubes, like slime but red. The warped forest is like a normal forest but green/blueish and is filled with ender men (fun fact Hoglins are scared of warped mushrooms, so scare them away with one). Then there's the crimson forest which instead of the warped forest is red and houses the piglins and Hoglins. Then there's the soul sand valley filled with skeletons and bone blocks. You can use soul sand to craft soul torches and soul campfires which have a blue light (which scares Piglins away as well). If you die by a piglin all of your golden items will be taken by these creatures so you will have to kill them to get it back. Now, netherite, the thing that you can get by trading is the best ore in the game. It can be found between y level 15 and lower so be careful with lava! It can only be mined with a diamond pickaxe. But it's really rare so I suggest to use the bed mining teqnique. So basically if you right click a bed in the nether it explodes so but it in a wall in your mine and explode it. Netherite is made of netherite scraps which are made in a furnace by ancient debris which looks like a brownish kind of block. You would need to combine four netherite scraps and four gold ingots to create one netherite ingot. Now to make a netherite tool you will need a smithing table. It's crafted like a crafting table but with two iron ingots on top of the 2x2 square. Netherite tools are made in a smithing table by combining a diamond tool and a netherite ingot, and it will keep it's enchantments and names or whatever. Netherite tools, armor, debris, scraps, everything made out of netherite is lava resistant which means it cannot burn. If your going to the nether I would invest in a respawn anchor, crafted with 3 glowstone and 6 crying obsidian, which can be found in structures or traded with piglins. Glowstone can be traded and found in chest but also spawns on the roof of the nether. The respawn anchor will respawn you to where you put it in the nether, so it's basically like a bed, but you need it to be charged. Now back to the overworld. Enchanting tables are used to enchant items, giving them special abilities. You can only enchant swords, pickaxes, hoes, bows, axes shovels and books. Books can also be naturally enchanted when found in structures and can be added to an item with an anvil made with 3 iron blocks (made of 9 iron each) with 4 iron in an upside down T formation in the crafting table. The item goes in front enchanting book in the back. Anvils can also be used to combine items, their enchantments and their durability. But using this costs xp. You can also repair stuff by combining the item with the material it was made of like repairing an iron pickaxe bye combining it with an iron ingot in an anvil. But some enchantments can't be combined like the different types of protection and other stuff. Sharpness and protection aren't specifically made for different mobs like babe of arthropods or smite but it covers everything pretty well. Something you want on everything though is unbreaking or mending ( mending can only be found in chests or traded with librarian villagers and are usually in the first level of trading. If you see one does not have that book break the job block (the lectern) and place it back down to reset his trades. Job blocks are blocks that when places close to a villagers will give them that specific job. They are pretty easy to find out so don't worry. To level up trades you can give stuff for emeralds or give emeralds for stuff or even both. Emeralds are found in the extreme hills biome and are pretty rare. Redstone, the ore that you traded for, is basically the technology of Minecraft. It's pretty hard to explain so search up tutorials on how it works or just dive in and learn for yourself. But the basics are levers, buttons and pressure plates can activate redstone when it's places which can make certain things do stuff. So you can make a lever connected to redstone which is connected to a door (or just put a button, lever or pressure plate next to or under the door) that will open the door when pressed. Again there is a lot more which is hard to explain through text so check out some tutorials. Ok, last last thing there is magic or potion brewing. Potion brewing is really useful to help you in your journey. To make potions you need a brewing stand made with cobblestone and blaze rods. You will need an infinite water source (place water in two corners of a 2x2 hole ) and glass bottles made with 3 glass in a V formation. Potion brewing is also pretty hard to explain but I'll try. You need blaze powder to activate the brewing stand and water bottle (right click you infinite water source) and but nether wart in the top ( found in nether fortresses and can be grown in soul sand in the overworld, doesn't need water) to change the water bottles into award potions, which don't do anything. There are lots of ingredients for different potions so experiment a little but gun powder makes the potion throwable, glowstone or redstone power it (make it stronger) or make it last longer (not sure which is which) and dragon's breath makes in linger on the ground (dragon's breath is acquirable by right clicking the dragon's purple effect with a bottle, but I will talk about that in a later episode. Hey Cory, here are a few tips. Number 1: Make a grindstone and then disenchant bane of Arthropods off your sword because that's trash. Number 2: make a blast furnace to smelt your ores faster and make smokers to cook your food faster than regular furnaces. Number 3: I recall you saying it's cool that when your lost you can go straight up to find home, well DO NOT dig striaght up or down because you could either fall in lava, drown or get suffocated by gravel or sand. When ascending to the surface you should do it in a staircase pattern. Number 4: instead of bridging and filling up all the lava with cobblestone you should pour water over the lava to turn it into obsidian, then you can just walk over it. Number 5: the red stuff you mine is red stone, it's basically power In Minecraft. You use it to power machines and other devices, it's usually used for automation. Number 6: oh I almost forgot, the enchantment table. You need to put 15 bookshelves around it to get better enchantments. You also get better enchantments at level 30. Hey Cory here is a tip You don’t need to place blocks everytime if you encounter lava just pour water on stone and let it flow onto the lava as it creates a path of obsidian! Guide for next episode: Cory you aint done, there is so much to do, with those obsidian you could make a portal through the nether, make a 4block length 5block height portal with a 2 by 3 hole in the rectangle. Then get your flint and steel and light an obsidian anywhere inside the rectangle. When u see a purple surface go in it and you can able to go to nether, be careful, nether is dangerous. Also you could make bookshelves and surround your enchantment table with bookshelves to get better enchantments. Also the tall mob u get scared of is an enderman, it will not actually harm you unless you look it in its eyes, if you kill it, it has a chance of dropping an ender pearl, if u throw the ender pearl it will teleport you wherever it lands. Like so Cory can see this

Tips: The laughing you heard in the cave is a witch they can throw potions at you that take damage but if you kill them they drop a glass bottle, you can find saddles by fishing or from a mob spawner, if you get apples by the leafs of trees and get gold you can make a golden apple witch will give you more hearts and better protection, if you want to make the nether portal you need obsidian and flint and steel then you can go to the nether if you see a ghast whitxh are the big white ghosts if they throw fire balls at you you can hit them with your sword for the fire to ricochet to them and kill them. Pets are really useful in this game. Imma be brief and dumb it down: Dogs: They need a bone to tame. And meat to regain their health. They will fight along side you. Cats, and ocelots: They need salmon or cod(I think that’s what it’s called-) to tame them. Creepers fear them. Sit them around your base and take with you on adventures, and you’ll never have that issue. Dogs are seen in almost every forest, mostly in oak and spruce biomes. Cats are most commonly found in villages. Hope this helped you!

Here’s a quick rundown of all the good enchantments. Sharpness: Gives a sword increased damage on any mob Smite: like sharpness but only for undead mobs (skeletons, zombies, etc.) so spiders and creepers don’t count. Bane of Arthropods is basically sharpness but it only works on 4 mobs: spiders, cave spiders, silverfish and endermites. Knockback increases knockback Fire Aspect will set your enemy on fire when you hit them (although the boss mobs are immune!) Unbreaking increases durability Mending: while you have a tool or a piece of armor with mending equipped instead of experience going to you XP level it will slowly repair that tool/armor. You should really use this. Efficiency increases mining speed on axes, pickaxes, and shovels. Silk touch will allow you to mine some blocks without destroying them. Some examples are glass and bookshelves. Also, if you mine for example coal ore it will drop 1 coal ore instead of a few pieces of coal. This is why you should have 2 pickaxes, one with and one without silk touch. Fortune will increase the amount of items you get from mining when placed on a pickaxe so one diamond ore can be mined and it will give you 1-4 instead of just one every time and Looting is the same thing but for weapons. when you put it on a weapon it will increase rare drops from mobs like ender pearls from endermen. Loyalty: when you put it on a trident the trident will come back to you when you throw it. With Channeling when you throw a trident it will cause lightning to strike your enemy but only during thunderstorms. Impaling will deal extra damage but only to aquatic mobs. Riptide will allow you to fly through the air during rainstorms but will take away the ability to throw the trident. Power on a bow is like sharpness on a sword Punch on a bow is like knockback on a sword Flame on a bow is like fire aspect on a sword Infinity on a bow gives you infinite arrows as long as you have one arrow in your inventory. Piercing: sharpness on a crossbow Multi shot will allow multiple arrows to be fired. I forgot the rest of the crossbow enchantments Aqua affinity: when you put it on a helmet I’m pretty sure it allows you to mine at regular speed underwater or something like that. Depth strider allow you to swim faster underwater when you put it on your boots Protection gives you better protection from everything Blast protection gives you better protection against ghast and creeper attacks and other explosions Fire Protection gives you better protection from fire and lava. Thorns lets you deal damage to your enemies when they hit you but it decreases your durability tremendously. Frost walker let’s you walk on water and magma blocks. Not very useful though. It can ruin builds and red stone contraptions that use water though, and you’ll see why. Soul speed lets you run at normal speed on soul sand And that’s all I remember. Hope this helps! here’s more tips cory ! 1. you can make a nether portal using obsidian with the dimensions 5 by 4. after making the shape, take flint and steel and click on one of the obsidian blocks to activate the portal 2. in the nether, water buckets don’t work. you have to be careful to not fall in the lava 3. in the nether, there are different monsters called ghasts, piglins, blazes, and different other monsters. 4. you kill blazes to get blaze rods which can be used to make brewing stands, which make potions 5. you need glass bottles with water in them to make potions. some of the materials are pufferfish (which you get by fishing), netherrack, blaze powder, and other materials. 6. you can make different potions like fire resistance, water breathing, speed, and jump boost. 7. there is netherite in the game which is better than diamond. 8. in the nether, always have at least 5 gold ingots. thats all i have. good luck cory !!

**ESSAY** Hey Corey I just started watching your Minecraft series and I love it so far, I’ve seen you showing tips so I hope these can be useful -you don’t actually have to be moving in the jump to do a critical, you can just jump up and down and you’ll do criticals -axe’s do more damage than swords but, they are slower that swords (axes for small amounts of mobs, sword for larger amount of mobs -No offense, but the enchantment you have on your sword is very very doodoo for swords you should get sharpness (makes your sword stronger) fire aspect (creates a fire effect when you attack mobs) or knockback (self explanatory) -the laughing you heard in the cave was a witch, and if you kill them there is a chance of them dropping a good potion, a bad potion, or no potion at all. -Villages don’t know if you stealing and the reason they “didn’t like you” was because they didn’t have jobs so they couldn’t trade -the “village guardian” is an iron golem (3 blocks of iron in a “T” shape with a CARVED pumpkin on top) they drop iron ingots -diamond searching is best in caves and ravines (those big ol’ holes in the floor that are in a line shape) -an enchantment table needs bookshelf’s around it if you want it to have the best possible enchantments -Bane of Arthropods is trash -fishing with a good fishing rod can get you some godly enchantments -creepers don’t destroy blocks in water -sorry for the big essay -the red stone (the red stuff you bought for emeralds) is more advanced stuff for you but you should slowly learn about it on your own, it’s a very experimental item. -you can search things up still btw -and lastly you don’t have to use NESW direction, clicking f3 will show coordinates, you can screenshot your coordinates so you can go anywhere and then return to you home with the coords. Some tips that I have learned throughout my time playing Minecraft since 2010, 1) Sharpness is my favorite sword enchantment as in it is strong against any mob in the game. 2) Bane of arthropods and smite only work are strong against certain mobs. Bane of arthropods: Spider,cave spider,silverfish,endermite. Smite: Undead mobs such as skeleton,stray,wither skeleton,wither,zombie,husk,zombie villager,drowned,zombie horse,skeleton horse, phantom. 3) There is another way that you can disable a spawner instead of destroying it, put torches on top and both sides of the spawner. 4) Mob spawner are good for mob farms which will come very handy in your Minecraft world as you can get many resources such as arrows, gunpowder,bones,bows, and more. 5) The best enchantment to have on your sword in my opinion is fire aspect,looting,sweeping edge,unbreaking, and sharpness. Fire aspect: Whatever you hit with your sword the mob or animal that you hit will be set on fire, if you hit an animal with the fire aspect enchantment they will drop cooked food. Looting: It will give much more loot than a normal sword without the looting enchant Sweeping edge: Gives you a better chance that your sword will produce a sweep. Example: If you have 3 zombies chasing after you and you have the sweeping edge enchantment on ur sword, you will have a better chance of hitting all of them and produce greater damage than a normal sword Unbreaking: Slows down the process of ur sword breaking. 6) If you see an enderman, do not look into their eyes, if you do run as fast as you can. 7) Wear a Carved pumpkin to avoid getting spotted by an enderman. 8) If you want to find more diamonds I suggest you that you use this tactic, craft a trapdoor, then place a trapdoor on any side of a block but place it on the top. Then right click, stand against the trapdoor then right click again, you will be in crouch mode, then just mine. This will will take a while to find diamonds this way but you have chance of getting more diamonds. 9) I suggest you get a stack of any block, a stack of food, 2 stacks of torches, and 2 backup pickaxes, 2 chest, 2 furnaces, a stack of coal, a crafting table, 3 iron pickaxes, a sword, 2 trapdoors, and axe if you want to do a long mining session. 10) Anvils are very useful as you can enchant your armor and tools. You can craft an Anvil by using iron. 11) Set up a proper enchanting table section. You can set it up by placing bookshelf’s around the enchant table but make sure you have room to walk in your enchanting table section. 12) The more power the enchanting table gets the more higher enchantments that are available. 13) Make an auto egg farm, egg farms are very useful as you can get tons of eggs. I suggest watching a tutorial on how to make it. 14) Create an auto chicken farm, this will allow you to get a huge amount of food. I suggest you watch a tutorial on how to make one. 15) Create an xp farm, there many ways you can make an xp farm such as a mod farm and much more. I suggest watching a tutorial on how to make a xp farm. 16) You can use obseidan to make a portal to the nether(Aka) The hell of Minecraft, I suggest you don’t go there until you get have full diamond armor and tools, and your sword having good enchantments, same goes with armor. 17) To make a portal it is 4 blocks wide and 5 blocks tall. Make sure you use obsidian 18) You can activate the portal by using flint and steel or a fire charge. 19) DO NOT USE AN X-RAY, an x-ray is a resources pack that showed you where all the ores, cave systems, and lava pools. It is considered cheating if you use it and it isn’t that fun when using it. 20) To get enchantment books that can be used in an anvil, their is one way that use to be one of the most overpowered farm in Minecraft, the afk fish farm, which isn’t that overpowered anymore as it got nerfed, but you could set up a villager trading station, where you can trade to get enchantment books. 21) Make a villager breeding area, so you can breed villagers to make more of them and moving the villagers can be tough as you will have to use a boat or rail system to get them around. 22) The rail system will be quite expensive as you need tons of iron,gold, and red stone. 23) Most villagers trade stuff with emeralds, so I suggest you get a villager that will trade something very simple to get for emeralds. Ex tips and goal ideas: Ex tip: You can tame a horse by feeding it 23 wheat. Ex tip: To get a saddle, you must go in dungeons, which are located underground and are rare. Ex tip: To create an iron golem, get 4 iron blocks and place 2 block on top of each other then place 2 iron block on the left side and right side of the 2nd block you placed down, then place a carved pumpkin on top of the middle block. Ex tip: Watch a tutorial to create a villager breeder and how to operate it. Ex tip: It takes 9 diamonds to make a full set of diamond tools and it takes 24 diamonds to make a full set of diamond armor. Tips for cory: 1: that red stuff u mined is called Redstone u can use it to make and power railroads so u can travel to a certain place faster, and they can make certain contraptions work like opening and closing iron doors or even making hidden rooms with pistons (I think that's what they're called) 2: with the obsidian u can also make a nether portal, it's 4x5 of all obsidian and u need flint and steel to activate it. Also water buckets don't work in the nether and PLEASE don't try to use a bed 3: for the next episode I suggest either going to the nether (make sure to be protected) or go to the desert and search for desert temples. They have a trap though so don't break the blue block in the middle break the ones around it DON'T STEP ON THE PRESSURE PLATE 4: an easier way to find diamond would be to just dig a staircase path down to level 12 and just strip mine (mine in a straight path) that's how I find most of my stuff although it doesn't work everytime Hope this helped! Edit: just corrected some stuff ppl pointed out to me (thanks for correcting me)

TIP: Whenever you go to enchant you want to surround the table with bookshelves. This will increase the power of the enchantments and just get better ones in general. Put the shelves 1 block away on all sides. You’ll know you maxed it out if there is a 30 on the bottom enchantment. Also sometimes the level 3 isn’t better. Most is it is, but it’s random. GL

more tips for my brotha: The enchanting table make you to enchant armor and tools and it requires lapiz lazuli and bookshelves surrounding the enchanting table. Diamond is the second best ingot in the game, the best ingot to use is netherite but that is obtainable in the nether and it requires beds to explode in the nether (don't sleep in the nether) and tnt but wearing enchanted diamond armor protects you and also nethrite doesn't burn in lava but that doesn't mean you can't die in lava The best things for enchanted tools are Swords: sharpness, knockback, fire aspect, looting, unbreaking Pickaxes: fortune, mending, efficiency, unbreaking Shovel: efficiency, unbreaking Axe: smite, unbreaking Helmet: aqua affinity, protection, respiration, unbreaking Chesplate:thorns, blast protection, unbreaking Pants: Protection, unbreaking Boots: feather falling, protection, unbreaking PS. unbreaking doesn't mean the tools or armor won't break It just slows the opacity of of the tool or armor dying edit: guys like this comment so Cory can see. more edit: And when enchanting you need levels (the green and yellow small ball thing when you kill animals or mobs) and you can also find enchantment books with just fishing More and more edit: also to get netherite your gonna need to mine below like diamonds in the nether and mine the blocks called ancient debris, when you find 4 of them you can smelt it in the furnace and it will turn into netherite scrap then you need 4 gold and craft them together and you get netherite. sorry Cory if this is an essay to you but it's for you own good lol

hey cory i have a few more tips that can help you in the future, 1. if you smelt STONE, not cobblestone, you can get smooth stone which can be combined to make a blast furnace. a blast furnace smelts iron and gold super quick. 2. if you want to take a step further and go the the nether, another dimension in the minecraft world, you can obtain obsidian. obsidian can be gathered from villages (very difficult) or in caves where water meets lava. if you were to pour a bucket of water over the lava, it would create obsidian. you need a diamond pickaxe to mine this 3. now, the nether is a scary place. lotttts of lava and monsters. you can find blaze and ghasts (shoots fireballs) magma cubes (once you kill a large one they will multiply into many smaller ones) piglins (you must wear a piece of gold armor so they do no attack you) wither skeletons (tall skeletons that, if they hit you, will give you something called the wither effect that will deal a lot of damage to you, but you can get rid of it by drinking milk) hoglins (basically aggressive pigs, if you get warped fungus and place it down when your being attacked by hoglins, they will run away.) but even though there are many things that can kill you, there are many bright sides to the nether. if you have gold armor on, you can barter with the piglins. if you drop a gold ingot in front of them, they will pick it up and drop you something in return. the drops are random and can be absolute trash, or really good. in the nether you can also go mining! you can look for 'ancient debris' which can be combined with gold ingots to make netherite. you can take this netherite and combine it with you diamond armor to make netherite armor. this armor is SUPER strong and protects you very well another example, you can find a nether fortress that has chests with lots of good loot. thins like saddles, horse armor, and diamonds. in the fortress there will be blaze, wither skeletons, and regular skeletons. the blaze need to be killed for blaze rods. blaze rods can be made into blaze powder which can be used to make potions and eyes of ender (ill explain in another comment) when youre in the nether, you may see some very, very large lava pools that you can't get across. if you have a saddle, a fishing rod, and warped fungus (can be found in the nether) you can ride a lava strider. you need to combine the fishing rod and the warped fungus to be able to control the strider. just walk up to one and place your saddle on it, then you can ride it! use the warped fungus on a stick to control the strider :). lastly, the most important thing, you cannot place water in the nether. so, if you to, you need to make a cauldron, which can be made with 7 iron ingots in a U shaped pattern in your crafting table. once this is made, in the nether, you can place the cauldron and fill it with a bucket of water and jump in to diminish the fire. (sometimes it can be difficult to get in the cauldron, just dont panic) 4. when mining, if you come across lava, you can place a water bucket above or next to it to diminish the lava, and make obsidian, so you don't have to use so many blocks to cover up the lava. 5. using three pieces of obsidian and two diamonds and a book to make an enchantment table. this can be used to add special perks to your weapons and armor. 6. you can make an infinite water source by breaking a 2x2 in the ground and filling it with water. then you can take as much out as you want and it will just replenish itself. and that's it! cory your're doing great and have made great progress keep it up! like this so he can see this and get more knowledge about the nether!

Mining Tip: When mining near lava or massive pools of lava, *do not* just make a small bridge over that stuff. Monsters like skeletons can shoot you off the bridge and straight into the lava, making you lose everything you had. I am impressed that you actually brought the water buckets, but you can also use those and place those down on a normal block. Doing this will cause the water to flow on top of the lava, turning it into Obsidian, that way you can just walk right over without worrying about being pushed or shot into the lava. On the other hand, you have really improved with the combat stuff. You qualify as a Minecraft Samurai with that! :D

Minecraft tips: Get some book cases and surround your enchanting table with them so that there is one block separating them(14 bookcases) If you find an enderman kill it, they drop ender pearls which are very important for beating the game I think you know how to make a portal but just in case, you don't nee to do the corners, but it can look better if you do, also you can make a larger portal than what is required but it has a higher chance of breaking When you go to the nether, mine at y level 15 for ancient debris, then you get netherite scraps, and once you get 4 combine with 4 gold to get 1 netherite ingot which you can them combine with a diamond piece of equipment with a smithing table to get yourself the best armor and tools in the game. Also just in case your nether is the 1.15.2 nether rather than the new one, go into %appdata%--->.minecraft--->saves--->(your world)--->delete Dim-1(that is your nether just in case it is not the new nether, it will reload in the 1.16.1 fashion giving you the new nether) in the nether find a forrtress and kill blazes, DON'T BREAK THE SPAWNER, you need to keep the spawner and kill the blaze for the blaze rods, they are also very important for beating the game and more Enjoy the tips, have fun playing.
