In the US, they'd never ask you to stop filming as you're offering free advertising. The descriptions of all items were so helpful! I've always loved COS but I'll also let them know they're missing a trick by not supporting you to film 'on location.' You gave them free and very credible advertising. Such lovely ladies = Trinny, Chloe, and Anna!

Thank you sooo much for this video. I never wore dresses but I always wanted (leg issues which are just in my mind). I loved the dress so much that the young lady showed. I searched for COS and what a suprise - we have a store in Vienna. Today I visited - and .... the dress is mine ;-) plus a beautiful red shirt. This will completely change my look. Which I needed. I have seen a number of your videos and wanted to thank you for the in-store videos. As an introvert, I get tired in the stores within 5 minutes. I would browse quickly, get frustrated that I see only geometrically cut styles, and leave within 10 minutes without any purchase. I really wish that shopping for clothes in the stores was a more pleasant experience for me, but the noise, the crowds, the long lines at the fitting rooms and then at the cashier stores overpower me quite quickly, and the decision if I am getting the right color for me, the right fit, how to style something is yet another set of questions weighing on me. Now, I can watch your videos at my pace and feel like I have a mentor who helps me keep my sanity while in a store.

Brilliant as always Trinny.......would you consider a video on hair colour as we age ?. I have always had v dark brown hair with pale skin and grey eyes, but heading towards 50 and the grey hair is now an issue. I would like to avoid a solid colour as I find this to be very aging. Should us ladies go lighter?/lowlights?/highlights????.......xx

Hi Trinny, Fab video- absolutely love your channel! I was wondering whether you could make a video specifically about transitioning in body shape and wardrobe suggestions... I've recently become a mum and my body shape has completely changed as well as my style. It's more about practically now and having left my twenties behind I want to go for more of a classic wardrobe with interchangeable pieces.

But I cannot believe the head of global communications for Cos cannot see the huge value in Trinny's guerrilla "shop with me" vibe. Cos marketing dept should be having an emergency meeting discussing what happened here. All companies pray for great exposure like this l won't even mention the pricetag FREE. IDIOTS Companies must always realise here today gone tomorrow. This world is so competitive and companies no longer operate in their corner of the world. It is now global. Too funny! I thought this would happen. Do you have an outreach person so you can partner with any of these companies? He's not being rude. It's usually about liability of other customers and in case anything happens in their store. Especially videotaping in change rooms. I discovered a COS in my city. Really classic pieces. Basically you need a show again.

I would like to invest in some cashmere jumpers but I always find regular jumpers bobble where my arm rubs the side of my boob! Does this happen with cashmere as I find once an item has bobbles it looks old and crap and would be gutted if I spent a lot on a jumper only for it to bobble? Thanks!

Trinny do you have any recommendations for ladies with shorter stalkier legs. I find wearing some skinny jeans make me look like I have two gigantic sausages for legs where as cuts like a bootcut or flare can make me look shorter. I don't usually wear a heel which often times helps with elongating my legs because I walk quite a bit in the city. Any tips for a good trouser/jean and shoes with a bit of a heel that I could walk around in would be fab. Thanks I absolutely love your channel!
