This video was born from a simple question: why are there so many Italians working in catering in Copenhagen? We went to ask five professionals who have worked here for some time: Cristian Puglisi, chef and restaurateur who pioneered the city's food and wine growth; Mattia Spedicato, restaurant manager at Geranium; Andrea Lasagna, restaurant manager at POPL; Paolo Mirai, sommelier and floor manager at Alchemist; Andrea Piras, Head Chef at Slurp Ramen.
And then while chatting, a lot of other interesting reflections about living and working in Copenhagen emerged.
