Honestly out of all the atheists on KZbin, Alex is one of the most intellectual. I just wished he talked more to Muslims and did more interviews with Muslims

Saboor said it, when he made a video on Christopher Hitchen's fails. That's I think is true, he might end up as an agnostic to the least and possibly a Muslim.😊

I feel yet another Jordan P or Andrew Tate level of pie on face situation for Muslim youtubers coming up if they go down this route with Alex. Yes he is smart, so is everyone else but he is also a bigot, we've seen it with his previous interactions with Muslims.

I am an atheist. I define atheism as suspending any acknowledgment as to the reality of any particular god until sufficient credible evidence is introduced. My position is that *_I have no good reason to acknowledge the reality of any god._* And here is why I currently hold to such a position. Below are 10 facts I must consider when evaluating the claim made by certain theists that some god exists in reality. To be clear, these are not premises for any argument concluding there to be no gods. These are simply facts I must take into account when evaluating such a claim. 1. I personally have never observed a god. 2. I have never encountered any person who has claimed to have observed a god. 3. I know of no accounts of persons claiming to have observed a god that were willing or able to demonstrate or verify their observation for authenticity, accuracy, or validity. 4. I have never been presented a valid logical argument that also employed sound premises that lead deductively to a conclusion that a god(s) exists in reality. 5. Of the many logical syllogisms I have encountered arguing for the reality of a god(s), I have found all to contain either logical fallacies or false or unsubstantiated premises. 6. I have never observed a phenomenon in which the existence of a god was a necessary antecedent for the known or probable explanation for the causation of that phenomenon. 7. Several proposed (and generally accepted) explanations for observable phenomena that were previously based on the agency of a god(s), have subsequently been replaced with rational, natural explanations, each substantiated with evidence that excluded the agency of a god(s). I have never encountered _vice versa._ 8. I have never experienced the presence of a god through intercession of angels, divine revelation, the miraculous act of divinity, or any occurrence of a supernatural event. 9. Every phenomenon that I have ever observed has *_emerged_* from necessary and sufficient antecedents over time without exception. In other words, I have never observed a phenomenon (entity, process, object, event, process, substance, system, or being) that was created _ex nihilo_ - that is instantaneously came into existence by the solitary volition of a deity. 10. All claims of a supernatural or divine nature that I have encountered have either been refuted to my satisfaction or do not present as falsifiable. ALL of these facts lead me to the only rational conclusion that concurs with the realities I have been presented - and that is the fact that there is *_no good reason_* for me to acknowledge the reality of any god. I have heard often that atheism is the denial of the Abrahamic god. But denial is the active rejection of a substantiated fact once credible evidence has been presented. Atheism is simply withholding such acknowledgment until sufficient credible evidence is introduced. *_It is natural, rational, and prudent to be skeptical of unsubstantiated claims, especially extraordinary ones._* I welcome any cordial response. Peace.

Sir like the ones who make fallacies in their argument you can make fallacies in your analysis. To not believe in God is intellectual inferiority here some arguments by proof of contradiction There is existence Existence is either limited or unlimited / programmed or not programmed/created or not created If something is unlimited it means it has no rules above it. It doesn't do anything necessarily. Meaning it is an absolute free will not depending on anything. It can will or not. A limited thing depends on it's limiter. Limited meaning it is necessary the way it is by it's limiter, creator, programmer,. It has rules above it. All limited things depend on their limiter. All depended things are limited Existence is limited The explanation we can exhaust all of it in 4 categories 1 it was limited by nothing 2 it limited itself 3 it was always there limited 4 it has an outside limiter 1 From nothing comes nothing because nothing is the absence of something. If we would argue for this option we would say nothing limited by nothing it's opposite which is something which is a contradiction. If there is no limiter it means it is unlimited. This option necessates that something is limited and unlimited at the same time which is a contradiction. 2 If something limited itself this would mean that it was there limited before it could limit itself. Meaning it was limited to begin with. This option also leads to contradiction if there is no outside limiter. If there is no limiter that limits it to limit itself then there is no limiting. If it created itself limited it would mean it was there limited before it existed which is a contradiction. 3 If it was always there limited it would mean 1 it was limited by nothing 2 it limited itself The first option leads to contradiction above. The second to the second contradiction above 4 if it was an outside limiter that is limited that would mean 1 it was limited by nothing 2 it was limited by itself Both options lead to contradiction neccesating an unlimited limiter. Can there be more than one unlimited thing? Let's assume it can than this would mean either 1 they have no difference 2 there are different 1 If they are the same than this would mean they are one which leads to a contradiction it would mean they are one and it's opposite many at the same time 2 if they are different than this would mean either 1 they are differentiated by nothing 2 they differentiated themselves 1 if there is nothing that limited them to be different than they are the same leading to contradiction 2 if they differentiated themselves this would mean that they must be different before they could differentiate themselves. Meaning an outside limiter limiting them putting and enforcing rules upon them. Limited before limiting this would mean they were not unlimited which would lead to a contradiction. From here it is nessesary that there is only one unlimited thing limiting all the other things with his power. One ruler who enforces his rules over all things meaning it is then all powerfull, independent, has no rules over it, all rules are under him, an absolute free will, eternal, transcended, from his independent nature He is all knowing all hearing all aware, the doer of all things, the creator, the ultimate benefactor, the living, the sustainer of existence,..,. And so on Conclusion it is God, God is necessary.

wym by intelligent? it’s not clear to me, for example, why i should be impressed that a former Muslim who is really good at math or science or accounting or something like that left Islam also, while people can be intelligent, it doesn’t necessarily mean that people always let their rationality reign over their desires. instead of taking a tit for tat approach like you are, i recommend you think more deeply first. Alex is the relevant kind of “intelligent” required for this field (i.e hes reflective and good at philosophy). P.S i think i remember you from a Farid Responds livestream once. Am i remembering correctly?
