This was so enlightening. She looks so beautiful. I’ve tried three times to get my veneers straight and it’s still not correct. The right side slants up. I kept telling them this over and over with the temps but to no avail. I realized what I’ve done wrong. I went to a general dentist instead of a cosmetic dentist. What a difference it would have made. A $18,000 mistake. I have a question. Once a veneer is in pace can it be removed and replaced. I wish you were local. This outcome is making me so sad. I’ve wanted this all my life to be let down.

Sandrea White it is definitely possible to remove and replace veneers. There is usually just a lot of careful planning involved to ensure we achieve your goals and trials and tests to assure that you feel confident that you will achieve your desired result. Where are you based? We have people travel worldwide and can certainly assist with travel plans if you would like to visit our practice for your correction. Of course cost is a major factor, especially when you have already paid for treatment. But if ever the timing is right for you we will be right here! :)

There are two - the original DSD used powerpoint (Windows) or keynote (Mac). Now you have the DSD app or copy programs like 3Shape Smile Design

I can't even smile for some reason. This would not work as I can open my mouth when I smile or talk. It has nothing to do with aging or short teeth.... I wish I could show my teeth as I look old and they are not that bad underneath. I do have resin on my front teeth as cancer treatment caused them to go very yellow????? Any suggestion or answers

What computer program are you using ?

Hasan Saleh the original program for dsd was Apple Mac keynote. And the. Microsoft PowerPoint. And now there are DSD apps for the ipad and even 3shape have their own on the Trios system (not linked to DSD but a copy)

Hello, it so eye catching. I could never smile 😭😭 because I have under bite issue and gap between teeth.my lower jaw is not only under bite but also tilted Left side. I don't remember if my tooth ever sit together in coordinate way. Is there any suggestions what kind of treatment should I go for? I'm from Pakistan.

my teeth are total shit not like in color let me explain So my front bottom and top teeth are crooked and one took has discoloration from genetics and 2 cavities from again genetics one of my bottom teeth are uncomfortable because of it being crooked Tell me that is not bad genetics (I have already had braces twice for both times 1 year and they go back to being crooked)

There is always a combination of genetics and environment. For example, severe allergies can lead to airway and sinuses issues that can impact the jaw growth and position of the teeth. In the past teeth may have been extracted to create space however the issues was airway. We must consider the bigger picture.

Hi Dr, The original DSD by Christian Coachman was completed on Keynote on an Apple Mac (or Powerpoint on PC), and this has now progressed to DSD on iPad itunes.apple.com/us/app/dsdapp-by-coachman/id1244419326?mt=8 - I would generally do a "rapid DSD" for the patient to explain cosmetic treatment during the initial consultation on Keynote as this is important to explain cosmetics, and then complete a more detailed full DSD if required for the ceramist. Russel at Omega Dental Ceramics in Melbourne also can do this for you at www.dsdonline.com.au I hope this helps.
