Cosmetic ingredient labels

What if I used a base bath whip? I don't know the amount of each ingredient so how do I list it on my label?

I love your channel!! I completely agree, it seems anyway a company can add marketing they will. It really concerns me that companies are more like this because, it makes it hard for the consumer to make informed decisions about cosmetics wen all they rely one is the marketing the company is feeding them. Honestly I can wait to become a cosmetic chemist!
