Problem is the vent is 3/8" from the wall. The cabinet back board is 5/8". Mine arrived with no hardware, no manuals, just the template. No mounting bracket the the microwave had. I would have to cut-out a 1/2" sheet of plywood for the wall and another for under the cabinet to make this work. You know when you slide it down on the wall screws you will have a bigger gap from the top of the hood to the bottom of the cabinet, then you suppose to screw it to the cabinet. After speaking to Tech Support, this is going to be returned.
