Hey! Great video. Chicken tip. Try bind the joints backward to dislocate them and make butchering easier. I also have a small clever so I can just chop with impunity.

I love my Cosori XL air fryer. I made the parmesan chicken wing recipe tonight and they turned out beautifully. I had watched another wing recipe earlier so I substituted 2 tbs of corn starch for 1 tbs of corn starch and 1 tbs of baking powder and they came out looking just like the photo in the recipe book. This is going to be my favorite wing recipe.

Thank for the video! I purchased another brand air fryer, but the food had a "plastic-y" taste to it. The interior of the device was a hard plastic. I noticed in another video that the interior of THIS model was metal. That's just what I need. I love the ease of how you made your Garlic Parm. Chicken Wings. Thanks again!

Air fryers do amazing roast veggies. Normally not a fan of brussel sprouts but man they come out crispy with olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. You really don't need much..just spray on the veggies and mix with a light coat. And they come out crispy.

@ Blessed Jess, Some people have said that if you spray veg oil on a nonstick cooking surface,after a while it builds up a gummy residue. I purchased parchment papers from amazon (square ones) 200 pk for 10.99. Also was surprised you didn't have to melt butter for seasoning. That's what some of the recipes call for. The one you did is easier. Surely beats going down to the local pizza place and dropping $23.50 for 20 wings!!

I may need to bite the bullet and get an air fryer - I am just hesitant to start collecting large appliances that will take up space in my kitchen lol 😂 I’m not a fan of touching raw meat either (definitely not to your level though lol 😬) I keep a box of disposable gloves in my kitchen for handling meat (like the kind you get in the first aid section- nitrile exam gloves)

save the tips, put them in the freezer until you have a bunch, then make bone broth...keto friendly
