I'm loving ours. This 5.8 qt. Cosori is what we have now since the 5.7 qt. Cosyna we got at Christmas crapped out on us in one week. The blower fan stopped working and the unit almost caught fire. I love the fact that you can buy any frozen fries, hash brown rounds, or tater tots and throw them in here and in 5 to 15 minutes (depending on the amount) you have fresh, crunchy, steaming hot side dishes for breakfast lunch and dinner. We don't add anything to them. My favorite was frozen seasoned curly fries. Looking forward to more recipe reviews. Cheers!

Thanks for your recipe. I tried it and the result, taste-wise and texture-wise, was great, even better than the ready mix seasoning at the store. I reduced the time to 20 mins. though after pre-heated for 5 mins. at same temp. of 380F.

Yes, we use it all the time to this day. We love our air fryer. Cheers!

Silicone tongs are advisable over those metals one you used my man. Best way to protect the non-stick coating on the basket.

I have had an air fryer for about a year now and love it! There are very few things I will do in oil anymore as the air fryer does it up right. Mine has a small rotisserie and I could do something with that as well. I had my doubts about them but after using it for a time, I am sold.

I suggest you use the clear plastic release button to remove basket. It helps “push” basket out of unit...instead of just forcefully pulling handle to remove
@TheBrewQ3 жыл бұрын
I usually do. Cheers!
@tanyapatrick94163 жыл бұрын
You only press the button when releasing the basket from the tray. The button does absolutely nothing except release the inside basket. It does not make it easier to take out from machine
@KindCountsDeb37732 жыл бұрын
@@tanyapatrick9416 he's talking about the clear white slide piece, not the basket release button. And, caution on the button so the under basket doesn't fall out, on you.

Nice. That's what I'm making tonight, now that I know. Hey, shouldn't you push the clear slide button when putting basket in? or out ? Might save it. Thanks, now I'm hungry !!

Bit miffed that yours goes to 380 'f . So I did the chicken setting and in UK we use Celsius. So 195'C... = 380'f. Had mine a few weeks now. Only downside is it sets the fire alarm off!

Great video. Is there a cool down button or something after done cooking.
@TheBrewQ3 жыл бұрын
There is not. You just leave the basket out and it cools down pretty quick!

I will test my Cosori premium tomorrow. I have just unboxed and doing a little research. I am old school. The airfryer were bought on impulse. I see your video is 4 years old. Anyway. It is relevant when I search YT for Cosori. Else I would not be here. What I notice is the airfryer preheating. Then the basket is removed and leave the oven complete open. I would think the heat vanish. Second. Fried meat need to rest. Ideal the resting time is equal to frying time. Some may find this strange for i.e. turkey (fried the old fashion way in an oven). If we fry a steak for a total of 5 min., we have no problem in accepting 5 min rest. But for a huge piece of meat like turkey, we may find it more difficult to accept. Keep this in mind when using the option "Keep warm". I'd let the chicken rest while frying chips.

Hi have a question I have a Mr beer kiti always get sediment in my little keg I was told to get some jelliton put it in then put in fridge the jelliton is supposed to settle in the bottom and hold sediment or would you use some kind of filter I like my beer higher alcohol content and how would that be accomplished With this system need help please
@harleybrew80585 жыл бұрын
try tilting the keg a little bit away from the spigot. and wait 30min before bottling. gelatin helps clear the beer, but if you rock the keg a little it will stir up the sediment at the bottom. cold crashing helps also without adding gelatin. 17
@TheBrewQ5 жыл бұрын
The gelatin will definitely help pull a lot of the yeast and proteins to the bottom of the keg. You’ll want to mix the gelatin with a small amount of water and make sure it’s completely dissolved so you will need to heat the water up for that to happen. Add the gelatin to the keg and chill it down to refrigerator temp. When bottling, move the keg out of the fridge to a level surface and let stand a few minutes in case any sediment was stirred up and then bottle from the spigot. The gelatin with assist in having a super clear beer.

@@harleybrew8058 what is cold crashing
@harleybrew80585 жыл бұрын
@jeff sebastian Basically chilling your beer down to 40F-32F, helps drop the yeast out for clearer beer.

Why do u have to spray it with oil if ur using the air fryer does it not cook as well without it?
@TheBrewQ5 жыл бұрын
The perk of an air fryer is that you will use way less oil to cook with. If you don’t coat the food in a bit of oil, it not have a crisp texture to it. It’s way healthier than submerging the food in an oil bath.
