Cosori Pressure Cooker

When the weather is miserable nothing is more comforting than a bowl of soup .
This soup is made with things most of us have in . So no ingredients to buy
I used leftover gammon but boil a ham hock and use that stock .
Not got ham stock ? That's OK use vegetable or even chicken stock .
Adding extra peas at the end gives a lovely texture and a nice pop of freshness .
How quick was this to make ? Almost as quick as opening a tin but far superior in taste .
