Today I go off the deep end and make some camera lens goggles for steampunk cosplay or just something to frighten your family.

I've shot a lot of broll on cheap Minolta glass thanks to your recommendation years ago. Great imsges. Only thing I don't like is the focus breathing.

These remind me of the night vision goggles in the Metal Gear Solid Series. While I feel like the illusion wouldn't hold if these where shown on screen in too much detail, they would certainly work for an extra in the background, or silhouetted in a low light shot. Or for cosplay, they would work for that as well!
