i LOVE this. it feels so hydrating and lightweight on my skin. ( i have oily to combo skin also acne prone) doesnt do much for acne but it does make my skin feel better making it soft

I have question I have been using this products but skin is getting dehydrated I have a combo skin...should I apply 2 or 3 layers to get the hydration. And how I can use it right after cleansing?

Not same effect,snail essence heal your skin and galactomyces brightens your skin.

I think it could be suitable for sensitive skin! the ingredients are minimal, hydrating and soothing.

Hi! I’m starting my galactomyses recently and would like to ask your opinion regarding combining BHA/SA with it? Will it cause the skin to breakout? I’ve read that SA will cause the skin to dry while galactomyses keep the skin hydrated.

hi! our pores dont open or close but keeping them clean with a balanced hydration can help them look smaller. Not picking at them can also prevent them from becoming damaged.

Once it’s opened it’s shelf life is 12 months. (Look at the bottom of the box it’ll show a open container symbol with a number on it)

Can I use this instead of a niacinamide serum ?

it depends on the results you’re looking for! this is more of a nourishing product because of that galactomyces ferment that makes up 95% of the product. it does also contain niacinamide though the amount is not disclosed but it’s definitely less than 5%. galactomyces is nourishing and hydrating and can help with dull skin over time. it also has antioxidant properties. the ordinary niacinamide serum is also hydrating though mainly just contains niacinamide which helps with balancing oil production and brighten skin and ofc, contains that 10% niacinamide as stated. from experience, the ordinary niacinamide serum was better with evening my skin tone and balancing oil production. definitely more of a “treatment style” product. this cosrx galactomyces was more nourishing and hydrating and overall is a more well rounded formulation with a verity of beneficial ingredients. so again, it depends on what you’re looking for. hope that helps 😅

hiii i don’t see a red flag with mixing them so if you do choose to mix them together, patch test a few times to see if your skin would tolerate both together!

@@Halfway_House I know I am not Eleina but it is because the galactomyces is basically an exfoliator due to it being a fermented acid. So it’s probably best not to use retinol in the same routine since it is an exfoliator as well. Vitamin C is also an acid so it could be irritating since the galactomyces is already high in vit C and acts as a brightening ingredient! I also notice when I use my retinol with galactomyces my skin breaks out more and gets itchy!

if you think they’re both moisturizing enough (meaning it locks the hydration in well and your skin doesn’t feel dry or like it’s losing the moisture you’ve just placed) then no need to add your cream! some days in the summer i just use serums, toners or essences to hydrate and moisturize my skin!
