Yeah… this project was started in 2021 and concluded in 2023 so those figures may not be the case now…

Hi thanks for your comments, we can only do an estimate with a drawing, and this takes a lot of time to calculate all the various materials… so first step is to get a drawing… is it a duplex or bungalow? And other considerations… cheers!!!

Hi there, thank you for your comment, So we have a physical office and are ready to meet and enter a contractual agreement for any part of your project you would want us to handle… a website does not guarantee authenticity, however, we would get one when the company deems it fit… And yes we are a building design and construction company …

@@user-es2fg6hl3z Yes we are in Port Harcourt, if you want us to help purchase material, design your building and build everything to handing over the key… we actually do a turn-key kind of project… if that is what you wish … and the thing about trust is, when it takes convincing to start trusting then it is not real trust… you can start small and convince yourself wether we are genuine/trustworthy or not… all I can say is we are in for business and not anything else… all our projects are verifiable …

if you dont mind measking, why do engineers or construction in nigeria have lintel around the entire house dimension. is it a structural member or its just meant to be a stud for attachment of doors and windows. if its a stud then it doesnt need to run the entire stretch.

In most cases, we use it to replace the chain beam above lintel, which is a structural member… instead of having a lintel and then a beam above the lintel, we then just chat in the building at the lintel level to save that bit that would have gone in for only lintel and then a beam…

I studied Architecture and have a little experience with building construction though i am currently not active in the field. I would say we use beams here mainly for structural reasons. One reason is to help to spread and transfer dead load or live load to the ground via the columns. Another i would say is to help to prevent in the occurrence, cracks from running from the base to top of a wall(cracks can happen as a result of settlement, building fire etc.). Having the lintel can help to maintain structural integrity while you replace damaged walls. I hope i helped.
