Just started watching your videos, and enjoying them a lot. Very helpful and informative. Just wondering about the situation on residency since Brexit etc, and 90 day limits etc. You may well have covered this, but i haven't seen all the videos yet lol.My Anyway, keep up the great content!

Hi Dave, thanks very much for the lovely comment. We are a bit different in that I ( Julia) have an Irish passport, so have been able to get residency and the 90 day rule doesn't apply. Gary is still going through the process off my residency and we will do a vlog on residency when he gets his. Thanks for watching 🥰

Great vid as always - you even make watching a video on buying a house fun. Just one point to add - if you buy a new build property in Spain - as well as the other charges, there's also a 10% VAT (IVA) charge so if it's a new-build property, you need to make allowance for about 20% extra on top of the purchase price.

Morning, thank you, glad you're enjoying the vlogs. So I have an Irish passport so residency is different for me, the NLV is a good option. We're not sure about your ULEZ question, I expect people avoid ULEZ areas, we personally haven't even come across the issue but we tend to park outside of cities. That was really good info Babs 😊. Answered many of our questions. Hope Gary gets better soon....maybe stay off the Sangria for a while Babs to stop anymore accidents 😂. We feel his pain, on our recent trip to Spain in the Moho, wifey fell off the ladder getting into the bed....broke her ankle in two places....3 days in hospital near Malaga. 8 weeks later, walking around like it never happened (apart from the scars and screws and plates in the ankle). Keep smiling both😊

You could even get T-shirts made, We named Julia Bubbles because her fun personality and always laughing .You can just tell shes such a nice loving person. Hi guys 👋 thank you 🤗 So yes the Power of Attorney was for the Spanish account and to exchange or act on our behalf. Obviously they contact you before they do anything as well. They are taking us through residency, we are starting the process this week. Glad you found it useful ❤️
