32:20 , it is True as a statement that market value of Equity share capital includes retained earnings (which is not as like in book value of equity share capital) in its own but can anyone tell like why IN DETAIL , its unclaear to me as concepr or there is something i am missing to understand this statement ??? Retained earning include undistributed profits When company issue shares of a company it issued at premium and obviously these premium could only be charge if a company has some valid ground ie. Profit generating capacity, funds of company which are utilised in business thats why these market value include retained earnings In other words market works on incestor sentiment but wrong statements lead to overvaluation which are corrected through company's balance sheet in long run
