Thanks for this my brother, but you are making a strong case for off-grid solar power. While my house is being designed and built. The power in Elmina goes down everyday, sometimes off for 4 to 6 hours!! I will not depend on the government for no utilities at all!!!

Most Ghanaians don't use original copper earth rods, thus it's likely that his earthing is weak. In fact, people should realize that the more copper earth rods you add to a building, the stronger the resistance.
