Your build is by far the best engineered in terms of attention to details. 1- bio digester waste system , 2 - rain gutter water recovery 3 hot water solar heater and electric. 4 the ground grading around the house is sloped away from house to avoid water sitting at the foundation. 5 the steps have proper rise and run spec 6 utility/mechanical and storeroom . 7 the kitchen counter and double sinks well done. Last the screen door ie trap door, allows air circulation and additional light while maintaining some security ...I would have made it out of aluminum and added 1 to the front door. Excellent work fit and finishings nicely done.
