Hey =D. Long time no see. Also, I got rear ended Q_Q. sniff sniff. The other side said it was their fault and now Progressive paying the bill $2400 for bumper, tailgate door, and labor. I am fine. Nothing broken and the person that hit me is also fine. =D I miss my 2018 Honda Fit EX. Poor baby. Going to get the front fix too, mechanic said maybe cost $1500, hood, fender, front bumper, and hood fix. If the headlight housing need new one will cost more.

Lots of info here that I've been meaning to ask you! I knew your profession but didn't know that you owned your apartment. That's awesome I'd be curious to know how you accomplished that. I got the stim packages but in 2020-2021 nearly doubled my income so no longer would be eligible (broke 6 figures in 2020). It sounds like we make around the same salary yet I struggle with a saving a down-payment to buy a spot.
@ducatinyc3 жыл бұрын
I been saving for many many years - paid off all my college loans super early and dumped all of my savings on the downpayment. like, ALL OF IT. I'm yet to make 6 figures even with all my side hustles but soon I'm sure. Its funny how stimilus package lets you know how much a person makes :)
@FunWithAJ3 жыл бұрын
@@ducatinyc gotcha makes sense. Yeah I still have school loans. Just over 15k. Also don't feel bad about not breaking six figures. I was making 70-85k for the longest time (a good 4 year stretch). Due to not being promoted by a shitty manager for over 3 years. Then I made some really strategic moves and made over 50k extra in increased salary in a year. That gives you a very rough general idea of how much I make as of 2021. We should probably take this convo over to our insta dms if we get any more specific lol.

How do you rate heated gloves vs heated grips? I tried on some heated gloves (maybe even same as yours) and they seemed too bulky for subtle control. Definitely one or the other next winter in NYC though - I ride all year too.
@ducatinyc3 жыл бұрын
I've never used heated grips - i run BMX grips on my Monster because BMX bicycles are LIFE. But as far as the bulk of the heated gloves - you get used to it immediately - or at least I did - and the subtlety of control returns after a few rides. I don't even notice the bulk anymore.
