Good video but most of the condos aren't affordable anymore and the quality and size is tiny. Outside of BGC many of them have a lot of pest control issues as well. The passive income generated would be minimal compared to the total cost of the condo. Quality wise you'd be able to build a much nicer house for a 8-10mill budget vs buying a tiny condo in one of the cities.

I only invest in Luxury Condos in Manila and they usually don't allow AirBnB. My units are leased long term, on average 2 year contracts with two months deposit

Province mas mahal blihin lalo na kundi crowded o over population dhil sa manila o rizal na most ms mura bilihin un kilo ng chicken o veges.....kung di ka ng rent di talo tumira sa city pero pg ng rent jn mahirap tlga ang budget!!

If u are in Canada then stay. Pelepen has 118 million Filipino population and too much headache 😅😅😅😅😅there was only one white Caucasian male Canadian obtained Filipino citizenship and married to Filipino woman imagine 1000,000.00 Filipino in Canada 😊living against 1 Canadian Caucasian migrated in Philippines 😊😊😊 do the math 😅😅😅😅
