This actually doesn't feel like a comedy, even though I know it is. It gives me a feeling of real sadness. Because its so almost as true as real life, and the people they're screwing are SO vulnerable, in ways that really hit home for the majority of young people today. Its just too real, and too personal, for too many people, to ever be seen as 'comedy.'

I think the reason that many people don't particularly like this series is not so much the "tough subject matter". VLDL has made videos on tough subject matter (mental health) in the past that were thoughtful and touching as well as *entertaining*. I'm just not that entertained here, I think it's the writing - probably done by different people than usual, and it lacks the usual spiritedness.

I was able to enjoy these, because the situation here is not nearly as bad as in your skits. That goes for you yourself too i assume. Reading through comments every time you released one of these i now think that there are people in situations like these. Not quite es exaggerated but just as bad. It is a horrifying thought. Was this series a miss for others? I go to VLDL for escapism and laughter. This was a little too close to home and less funny "hah hah" and more, "yeah- that ticks me off, too." Maybe it's just me. Acting was great and quality was top notch, as always. The premise didn't work for me.

Reminds me of all properties i have lived in so much here in usa ca. Rise the rents for deteriorating places and its a fight to get things fixed also the blame game on the tenants for example. Backed up sewage and blaming the tenant that has only been living there for less than a year. Old complex never cared for and plumbing has never been maintenanced. Ever...... The spackle seen cracked me up. I moved into this quick grab place and the last tenant left holes in the walls so the owner basically did just that. Globes spackle on a big hole. 😂 Most places wont do walk throughs anymore before a move in to see if the place is right for you. But sure want that money for application fees. 😂
