Absolutely the area is good since it is university place and plenty of shops around , 7 mins walk to light rail station and nj transit bus station just outside the apartment. I personally don't know about Rivet Apts since we live on the apartment right beside it but the area is good we did not have any bad experiences until now.

Not heard about Rowan University Saint Peters is decent but I’m not sure, so you need to check reviews online for both the Universities and take decision according to what exactly your looking for👍Good Luck😊

Woah!!!! Taxes are pretty high. The video was very informative and accurate. A small suggestion:- You could have included tax brackets. 1). If I get an X salary, then in which tax bracket will I fall? (single, married filling jointly, etc). 2). Are there any Tax exemptions and std deductions just like in India? 3). Any tips on saving tax? Wait, is this a hint for new short Video 🤪?

It is illegal to do part time jobs outside your university. There will be lots of part time jobs for students inside the university on campus, you just need to patiently search for them and keep asking for help with seniors to refer you. Nearby townhouses and apartments in Newport and Journal square areas is were most of the students live who are coming to NJIT. Search and join respective Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups & telegram groups and reach out to get more info. All the best 👍
