Great content so interesting.. I live in Dublin it's so expensive rent for 1 bedroom apartment is 1500 to 1750 euros to rent.. It is basic.. Food has got so expensive. Weather here is bad for farming as rain there's to much so there is a huge shortage of potatoes this year.. Brexit hasn't helped England nor Ireland either.. Also to have a beer in Dublin hot-spot you pay 10 euro for a pint it's a tourist trap. Other places in countryside you can pay 6 euro or maybe cheaper if your lucky.. Food looks great there as its home produced much better.. 😊

Prices went up in Russia too, but it is almost nothing in comparison to how prices skyrocketed in other countries ( lately we visited some countries that we had already visited before and noticed that we couldn’t afford things that we could have afford couples years ago)

I am very interested in your content and really want to watch you, but if I make a suggestion, leave out the beat in the background. It was very distracting. I thought something was wrong with my computer until I realized it was a beat. I really enjoyed your video though, and I look forward to more.

KARINA, I CAN AFFORD TI LIVE IN RUSSIA CAUSE MY SOCIAL SECURITY PENSION IS $1,200 A MONTH ABOUT 125,000 RUBLES. SO CHEAP IN RUSSIA COMPARED HERE IN DALY CITY, CALIFORNIA U.S.A. A ONE BRDROOM UNFURNISHED APARTMENT HERE IN DALY CITY, CALUFORNIA IS $3,000 A MONTH ABOUT 300,000 RUBLES. BELIEVE IT OR NOT BUT IT'S TRUE.

So its like living in Thailand just colder, with White people, and more normal European groceries? Would be great for Families. Fun place to visit as I will one day. But I think I will stick to S.E.A. I like the fact that I can get a massage for $7.00, hire a Personal assistant to take care of stuff, and find apartments in the $80-125 range for single bedrooms or studio's. Russia is nice, lots of cool things to see, but for a single guy? Asia seems to be the hot go to place to be.

Southeast Asia is too hot and humid for me) prices are almost the same actually (tho in Thailand it would be cheaper to eat out rather than buy groceries and cook, in Russia that will not fly :0 Russia is fun, once I want to travel around the country definitely as i’ve been living in the western part of Russia for whole my life

@@karinaleshinsky6186 I plan to sneak in there somehow in the future once I get a homebase in either Japan or someplace else. I'm a Car guy, so I wanted to check out the LADA's there and do an In depth first hand review of one of those or go tour the factory. You know what would be cool? Can you guys post videos about your local Music scene out there? I know Birthday Massacre from Toronto Canada was there in 2016, how is the concert stuff going on? Not much new Music seems to be coming out of Russia. That would make a cool video with a lot of interest I would think. Anyways? Both of you have a rocking cool day!

The direct comparison is kinda foolish. Purchasing power parity should be taken into consideration. For instance, my salary is about 150 thousand roubles (approx 1670 usd) . I pay 70 usd/month for my apt in winter. (3 room apt, 75 square meters) It includes all the utility services such as electricity, water, heating, internet (unlimited 100mbit 5usd/month) etc... And I pay 35 usd/month when no heating is needed. I pay 5 usd/month for my cell phone (1500min, unlimited internet) so my 1670 usd here in Russia have way more purchasing capability than in US or Canada...

Straight talk - is $4kUSD/month going to pay for high style living in Moscow? I been working for 45 years in Canada and am tired of pinching pennies and looking for sale prices on expired food items.

It's not the cost of living that would bother me, its the complete lack of real freedom and that the police can come and arrest you for putting flowers on the wrong grave. A Russian woman from LA who went back to visit her parents was arrested for having donated $51 to a Ukrainian charity at one point. She still sits in a Russian jail. THAT is what would bother me. What a country.

It's just western propaganda bsht. If you're didn't breaking the law no one ever arrest you. About that woman who donated to ua "charity", imagine US citizen donated to taliban or al kaeda "charity" i highly doubt that FBI or CIA didn't come to this person to arrest and interrogate him.

Every country has its pros and cons. In US you have to deal with BLM, and all that LGBT and gender crap. You cant really voice your opinion againts them. Streets are not safe, you literally cannot walk in some places without being robbed or worse. I was surprised to see gang members openly hanging around on the streets in US. Narcos or homeless live right in the city center, sleeping outside and littering around. No such things in Russia. To each their own. I dont say what's better. No ideal country exists. This war was definitely Putin's great error. He didnt planned for what happened.
