I am moving to Netherlands in the first quarter of Next year. need a few advices from you, if possible 1. My office location will be Alkmaar, I am moving with my wife and my 8 yr old son. what will be suitable place to stay considering a budget apartment. Is it mandetory to rent a 2BHK if moving with family or 1BHK is also fine? 2. is International Engilish school available in Netherlands everywhere? I was googling but seeing not all locations have international school. 3. I had an accident last year and due to this I am having little disability on my left leg and hence can not ride cycle for daily commute. how can I commute there considering least/buy car is expensive there. Please reply and help

Totally depends on how many days you will go to office, you cN live in any city. 1. For family 2 bhk and above , 1 bhk only for Couple. 2. Yes here there are 2 types of international school, private and public (subsidies rate) from government, yearly fee vary from 5-8 k euro. 3 public transport is really good here , you can buy electric buy , no need to ride it, else public transport is fully connected, bus, tram, metro, train etc

Hi… definitely it will be less then what mentioned in video.. the rental income can be reduced if you live in shared apartments which can be around 600-800 euros and other expenses can sum up to around 600 euros so total can be 1200-1500 euros per month…

Hi, you should have a address and a rental agreement to get registered with municipality… for finding an apartment use funda and Facebook groups mentioning your preferences…

Don’t fall in such trap, usually before seeing house asking money are scammer. Are you going to expat center , then you can check with your company , they can give you a letter with address where you can register yourself temporarily until gets a permanent house.
