During the Regan years, T-town was ranked 11th best city in US, based on lowest unemployment. Not enough engineering jobs (mechanical) in Tulsa. The only ones I’ve found in Tulsa are under $100K.

@@StephenTalksOklahoma I’m all for it! I’m in the process of building a home in Bixby but will continue commuting to & from Tinker AFB. Tulsa is moving forward, technologically, which is great. But I worry that it’s abandoning engineering disciplines such as aerospace and mechanical.

Now I’ve noticed on this video you mentioned gas prices around $1.50 so this video has been up for awhile. Water on average at $80?! Jeepers! I’m currently at $50 per month. I’ve also noticed gas prices averaging 20 cents more per gallon in Tulsa versus Okc. However thru Reasors you can save on gas per gallon at QT.

Summer isn't as bad as you're letting on. Winter "Can" be bad, but not always. Last Ice Storm 2008??😕😕Wrong!! 2008?Yes. But, a couple in 2014, a couple in 2015, 2018. Tornadoes? About every other year multiple areas have tornado related power outages ranging from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Don't sugercoat things to BS people into moving here just because you're a Real Estate Agent. This is the first video I've watched of Stephen Heater, but I'm already questioning his credibility."
