@@macAlluTikki Indian 1 lakh is better than 37/ hr in California. Atleast she needs $80000 pa for single to live and save some. Her husband can't do job on H4 visa. It will take min 2 years to get EAD for her husband. According to me is not good to come as California is costly. If she plans to switch job with better package in future with initial struggle than up to her and her husband can try H1b with consulting firms.
