Buying insurance is like hoping something bad happens to you. If nothing happens you lose money. If something does happy "yay hey pay for it". Of you win, you lose and if you don't win you lose money. Thailand actually had compulsory insurance on every vehicle. if your vehicle is paid up you can get up to $50,000 of coverage.

there is lot of gymchains, for example, snap is like 120 lari (40usd) per month
@jakobchoe
@jakobchoe 2 жыл бұрын
I know there are some, but as I admitted in the video I am spoiled and used to much bigger chains, much cheaper. I used a chain called fitness world 350.000 members, high quality gym at every corner or within min 10 walk for 60 lari per month. It's hard to beat. But I am fine with the gyms here, it's a take it or leave it and a first world problem 😉🤙thanks for sharing thou

It's pretty good that deducting the 3 items from the list (gym, supplements, subscriptions) = just under $1000 USD. And this is for everything (food, internet, groceries, etc..).. How long does each of those power cuts last? Does Vake have fewer power cuts? What about water cuts?
@jakobchoe
@jakobchoe 2 жыл бұрын
Yes exactly. But I think because you expressed that you need a more dfveloped building to live in that you should look for 500 usd for an apartment. The power and water cuts are somewhere bestween a few hours till a day. Once or twice a month

@@jakobchoe Thanks, Jakes. Do they announce a schedule for power cuts and water cuts? What do you do to prepare for electricity cut (no internet, no lights) and water cuts (does it shut off while you are soaping and showering in the bathroom)?

Somewhat related to cost of living - I've heard one can earn very high interest income on time deposits in local banks in the local currency there. Perhaps you could investigate that someday and advise us.

@@rodrigoramirjrfrancisco2721 I have gooed experience with TBC Bank. But I am pretty sure that you can transfer cheaper through one of the cross border money transfer apps. I will say yes, the public trandport in Georgia is very afordable aswell as taxi (use bolt). A safe budget could look like: Rent decent place 600usd, utilities 100usd, food 350 usd. Phone + wifi 60 usd., Insurance 100usd., transportation 100 usd. You can easaly make this cheaper like -100 200 on rent -100 on food f.eks.
