Don't forget a minimum $100,000 in free cash just to be able to comfortably finance your way through 20, 30 40 50, 100k projects that you take on. 100K at the very smallest minimum.

Hey!! Great video man, looks like you do some great work! I've run a crew for one of the bigger landscape companies in the ottawa area for the last 10 years and honestly I think your numbers are on the optimistic side. Some back of the napkin math puts my truck and trailer plus all the various tools at closer to 150k. Granted its a late model truck and trailer, but i would say 100 thousand would really be on the low end of entry to be properly equipped. Not including equipment rentals. The other thing you only briefly mentioned, which is an enourmous cost, is labor. The best, state of the ar, trucks, tools, and equipment dont mean anything without good drivers, operators, and labourers. And those come at a premium now a days. Once you factor in 40 or 50 thousand dollar base saleries for even inexperienced workers those annual numbers start to get pretty scary!

The text, imagine is fine. Something that has a more positive connotation or postive feel. What it made me think was "costs too much money, ok I shouldnt get involved in it then" although I already do some here and there. But imagine the people just looking to get in it. Reads as if youre discouraging people from even looking into it.. Unless thats what you are doing 100% then you do you
