The Costa Mesa Historical Society's 2023 Calendar is now available, and one of the CostaMazing homes featured is this beautiful Spanish Colonial Revival home built in 1930 located on the first paved concrete street in the City Of Costa Mesa! Owner John Kittrell has done a magnificent job restoring this home to back to its original condition, while adding modern enhancements that would make its builder, the first woodshop teacher at Newport Harbor High School very proud! Its a shame the decline of Art in the 21st century. Men/Women before the tv and cellphone use to spend more time developing their skills in art. This home result of a home with character. Today homes are built cheap and fast. They look so plain and square these days.

Kinda wimpy to destroy an awesome plant because a possum was in it. It's not like it was a poisonous rattlesnake or something dangerous. He probably scared the poor possum.
