Finishing the term for passing of the president should be the Vice President to finish the remaining year or maybe months without going for election because it's within the five years, after that, that is when they supposed to go for convention to choose the successful candidate to be elected and stand on the party ticket. GUY SCOTT was supposed to finish the remaining year for SATA not LUNGU.This is where confusion started from. Now because of power hungry they decided to go for convention to do away with GUY SCOTT of taking over to acting in the seat of SATA, see the problem they created by themselves through the lawyers like KBF and others who belonged to ECL started dealing with courts in midnight, that's what himself KBF said. and convention was done in absent of other PF members who were supposed to attend the convention as presidential candidates were denied to enter the premises where convention center was taking place. See? not done in a rightful way. A mare MP can not finish a term for the former unless the Vice. That's why the third term is coming in because he was elected in the first place and second, so?.@@Godfrey-n4u
