This was excellent - Andrew ia. remarkable agent and he's spot on with what he say - we've worked with he and his staff living here. The only comment, maybe intersperse the chat with videos of what you are talking about early - the 20 minute chat is interesting but hard to keep interest without the excellent videos at the end. There is an excellent short and long term market in Atenas for rentals and More focus and. few views could have been placed on that. But this is all good, a great video and appreciated by a seven year Athenas Resident.

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. I believe the nearest golf course is in Valle del Sol about 45 minutes from Atenas or Cariari about the same distance

Are there properties in Atenas with natural spring water?

Hi. Thank you for watching and your question. You would need to ask the real estate agent Andrew if they have any listing that have natural spring water. We have done some closings in properties in that area that have artesian wells where they are tapping into underground springs.
