You actually will save money on heat because it heats a room so fast it doesn't need to run on that heat setting 24/7. So if you have it set to a normal temp like maybe 78 or so it may only take 20 min to get to that temp and then the unit goes into idle mode until it senses it needs to kick in. In that sense it is very energy efficient as most other space heaters take a very long time to heat a space and may not have a thermostat. Also consider you do not have to heat your entire home when running this if you just want to heat the room you are in.

@@addismultitasking3504 Thank you for quick response. So is this Model hp7c comparable with Dyson HP07 ? I could not find this Model any where except from COSCO so my concern is when it's time to replace the filter, would filter made for HP07 fit ?
