Such a healthy haul!! I did not know that about red peppers. I actually don't like oranges...it's the membraney texture I can't do! I like orange juice but it gives me killer heartburn, so I don't drink it. I could literally eat an entire pepper, no matter the colour, in one sitting. So crunchy and delicious!! Orange peppers are my absolute favourite though. Yummy!! Dipped in sour cream is pretty fabulous too. Love ya Miranda! 💜 XOXO
