Hi Sanam, I did this based on their recommended dose for their age. I also have my degree in Dietary Supplement Science, so if this is outside of your comfortability, you could use just the tart cherry juice and lemon balm tea. Thanks!

Those Seite cookies are my weakness! But my Costco stop carrying them! Which is bad but good because I would buy two bags! I can’t stop at 5! A serving size! So I don’t know if I can buy those unless I go back to my paleo diet eat good and have that as a treat!
