I love this video! So motivating and inspiring 💯! Go girl for reaching 70plus grams of protein before 9am and showing off your muscles! I’m definitely gonna grab that chocolate cowboy colostrum. Have you tried it in the protein coffee? Thanks for the Costco haul! Those beef dogs are my fav! I like the idea of making the peanut butter whip for the chocolate crackers for the kids. That would be a nice treat after dinner. ❤ LW best girlie!

Oh, Jess! This made me smile! 💞 Love that you’re feeling inspired! And yes -70g+ before 9am is a personal win! 💪🏼😂 You’re going to love the Chocolate Cowboy Colostrum! I haven’t tried it in protein coffee yet, but I’d probably do an iced or lukewarm version since colostrum is heat-sensitive. And yesss, those Costco beef dogs are next level. 😍 The peanut butter whip + chocolate crackers = total kid-approved treat! Hope you enjoy it! Always so grateful to have you here! ✨

Thoughts on the natural flavors in your clean simple protein?? I've recently purchased Taylor dukes protein powder and love it for the ingredients.
@JessicaJSpiers
@JessicaJSpiers 3 күн бұрын
Great question! 'Natural flavors' can be a bit of a gray area, so I always look for brands that are transparent about their sourcing. Clean Simple Eats does a great job keeping their ingredients high quality, and I really appreciate their transparency! If you're looking for a protein with the absolute simplest ingredient list, Taylor Dukes' formula is a great option too. Ultimately, it’s all about what works best for your body and preferences. So glad you found one you love! 😊✨

@JessicaJSpiers
@JessicaJSpiers 3 күн бұрын
Great question! Yes, you can absolutely use goat’s milk instead of cow’s milk! 🐐🥛 It’s a great option, especially for those who find it easier to digest. Just keep in mind that to make your protein coffee a complete protein, you’ll want to ensure you're getting all nine essential amino acids-so pairing it with a high-quality protein powder can help round it out! 😊✨

What do you base your daily protein goals on? Is it 1 lb per pound ? Thank you
@JessicaJSpiers
@JessicaJSpiers 3 күн бұрын
Hi Esmira!! OK, great question-- I generally aim for around 0.8-1g of protein per pound of lean body mass, but for active women or those focused on muscle maintenance, 1g per pound of body weight is a good goal. So it does depends on individual factors like activity level, metabolism, and overall health goals-- but for me 1g per-pound has worked great over the last 16 months!

Hey Jessica, awesome video! Thank you! Just wondering how much cream of tartar did you put in the spritzer? Also why do you use that? What are the health benefits?
@JessicaJSpiers
@JessicaJSpiers 3 күн бұрын
Aw, thank you, Naomi! I use a full teaspoon of cream of tartar in the spritzer. It’s a great source of potassium, which helps with hydration, muscle function, and electrolyte balance. It can also support acid-alkaline balance in the body! I love adding it as a simple way to boost electrolytes naturally. Hope that helps! 😊✨

@JessicaJSpiers
@JessicaJSpiers 3 күн бұрын
You can find it in this video, and also below! kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHbGeHaCf9ajn5o Ingredients 2 scoops grass-fed gelatin 1/2 scoop bone broth protein 1/4 to 1/2 cup of raw or grass-fed whole milk Freshly brewed coffee Dash of cinnamon Dash of mineral-packed sea salt Assemble Prepare the Mug: In an insulated mug, mix together the grass-fed gelatin and bone broth protein. Add Milk: Pour in the raw or grass-fed whole milk. Whisk or froth the milk thoroughly to combine with the dry ingredients. Add Coffee: Slowly pour the freshly brewed hot coffee into the mug, whisking continuously to ensure the gelatin and protein dissolve completely and smoothly. Finish and Serve: Add a dash of cinnamon and a dash of mineral-packed sea salt to taste. Stir gently to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy your warm, high-protein coffee.

Thank you, Brooklyn! That means so much. 💞 I take NAD on an empty stomach because it’s best absorbed this way-food can interfere with its bioavailability. Some people find it easier to tolerate with a small amount of fat, but I personally do well taking it first thing in the morning. Hope that helps! 😊 Are you thinking of adding it to your routine? It has been amazing for my energy!
