I’ve been a Costco member for about 30 years so learned a long time ago that different stores feature different products… all locations are not identical so it’s fun to check out other locations of your favorite Costco for sure. I have to correct you on how long the Horizon half&half lasts. After opening, it will last me at least 3 weeks. Good cream and half&half don't go bad quickly.

We also use mustard as a binder on all of the.meat that we smoke. You don't taste the mustard at all but it's a great binder!!
