Sorry for the confusion with todays video at Costco. It was filmed during the same time as the last twin video and BEFORE I knew I needed to go to Denver. Actually, I was putting these groceries away when my doctor called and said to pack a bag and head down. I promise I will update on the twins and Denver in the next video! You and the babies have been on my mind lately. So I'm keeping good thoughts and prayers that all 3 of you are safe and healthy whether you have the surgery or not or have already had it or not. When I watch you go thru Costco it makes me wish we had one closer (ours is over 2 hrs away which doesn't make it very economical), I'd be envious but you said the dreaded "s" word and my poor old bones have a love/hate relationship with the white stuff.

Your Tropicana orange juice is with calcium, and calcium can inhibit iron absorption. Your doctor said orange juice because of vitamin c. Just take your iron supplement with water and vitamin C. Prayers.

Hey Lauren. I'm your viewer from Malaysia. What I learned from the nurses that took care of me while I was pregnant is to take the iron pills with juice too; and you have to timed it out nicely so that you take it 2 hours after a meal and only eat another meal after 2 hours of taking the pill to help with absorption. For example, let's say you eat breakfast at 8am, take the pill with juice at 10am and have lunch at 12pm. Take care Lauren and have a wonderful day 😊

Sending you all the positive outcome vibes in Colorado & when you get back home. 🤞🏼❤ FYI : raviolis (holiday themed or otherwise;) can be air fried for a delicious snack or side dish. You don’t have to boil them first. Just spray with oil and air fry until toasty. You *can* boil them first, or just pour boiling water over them in a bowl for a few minutes to par cook to reduce air frying time if you’d like. =)

For the exception of the Pumpkin pie, lately, I hardly ever buy any baked goods @Costco unless it’s on sale, or a flash sale or on clearance or similar bcuz I spend 1/4 of the cost to bake the item at home. I’m so glad the boys helped U bring up your grocery haul when U gig home.💕 Totally agree, the freeze dried peaxhes n pears look delicious.😊

Fun watching such a great hall. I like how you tell us the prices as you shop. Be careful taking iron with juice with calcium since calcium/iron bind to each other and could cause constipation. Look for orange juice without calcium added. I wish you the best with your pregnancy!

Use a magic eraser inside any pot/pan that's white - removes all staining. Do your normal soapy wash then when it's clean just use a damp eraser and it's all gone

Your freeze dried fruit looks amazing, we love freeze dried fruit but it’s quite hard to get in Australia. We recently drove over an hour to get to our nearest Costco and were so disappointed they didn’t have a fraction of what you showed and it’s coming into summer here and still had winter clothes, the tester foods were all milks or milk protein drinks.

Lauren, sending all good thoughts for you and the twins ❤ A note with iron supplements - vitamin c does help absorption but calcium and caffeine can prevent it, so might be better to get an OJ without the added calcium in the future. I hope you’re almost back home safe and sound 💕
