I’ve been trying to convince my parents the cosplay is such an amazing thing but they didn’t want anything to do with it. But I was still determined to follow my dream of being a cosplayer. When I saw this video I immediately showed it to my parents. After a few hours of talking they decided it was ok if I persuaded my dream of being a full fledge cosplayer. Thank you you two for making this video. It helped my dream come true. Love you so much. ❤️❤️❤️

Everyone apart of this is so amazing, they all are inspirational? as soon as it got to the second person giving the speech I broke down crying because they are such a great role model and I love them so much. even though I'm so young and I barely have anything to work with it inspires me that one day maybe I can finally get out there and have fun and make friends despite my disabilities and things holding me back it shouldn't stop me from having fun and being myself freely. I'd love to take on those classes to learn how to make my own items and do commissions on them, the props looked super realistic as heck.

In all honesty my aunt would slap me if I went to a Comicon or something like that she would probably slap me again if I went as an anime character because she hates me watching anime because she said I stole it off her, she slapped me when she found out I cosplayed as Naruto once and watched BNHA this is why I would rather watch cosplaying channels than be a cosplayer myself I would love to cosplay but I wouldn't want to be wound up dead the next day via aunt so yeah I'm glad I got that off my chest though. (P.S- However I see where she went with the "me stealing anime off her" as I was super fucking pissed when my brothers started watching Steven Universe...)

I want to know why you got mad at your brother for wanting to watch something that makes you happy as well? Like that blows my mind, you should be happy to have found someone from your family that likes the same thing you do. I was absolutely enthralled when i heard my mother jam out to kpop after showing her my favorite groups.

My lil sis is always getting upset at me for being into Harry Potter because she started watching it first. But in all actuality we watched it at the same time and she wasn't even into it. I like it way more than she ever did, but she keeps saying I'm into it just to see Draco (I mean, he's my fav character but still) 😑

This is so beautiful!! It was amazingly done and by far, my favorite doc I’ve ever seen! I love the way it was filmed and edited. It was an incredible way to look into cosplayers lives and see how they juggle work, school, and cosplay! This was incredibly inspiring! Well done Kenzie!

1. Act one: most in the first act reminded me that I want to cosplay so much but It's really hard for me to get what I need, the first cosplay that I'm trying to save up money for is Izuku Midoriya from Boku no hero academia but it will take me months to get it and me personally I love anime and I love to see so many people cosplaying and all the conventions like comic con. I would love some tips or ideas to someone like me who is going to start cosplaying. 2. conventions always looks like a lot of fun but I've never been to one, there isn't any nearby and I can't travel far. I wish that someday I'll be able to go to one and see all the wonderfull cosplays there 3. I so much want to thank every single person that cosplay just for cosplaying cause just seeing others doing their thing makes me happy and I want to do the same, making others happy and I've made that my goal for the future this is me being openminded and honest about how I feel about this topic and I hope you don't mind it
