My hat off to you for doing a careful research and for finding out how things were done back in the day. Actually, I was alive in 1977, but I don't quite remember how we did things or what tools we used. all I know is that it was more rustic in Poland, especially at my grandparent's house than it was here after I arrived, July 1977. Спасибо. Вам мой рецепт пирога шарлотка. 3 яйца взбить с 1 стаканом сахара, добавить 1 стакан муки, щепотку соли. Кубики яблок посыпать корицей, залить тестом и выпекать при темп. 200 гр. до готовности и золотистого цвета. Сверху готовый пирог посыпать сахарной пудрой.
