I found a good background fire ... it’s called cozy cabin ambience .... it has a fire and a cup of hot tea and a book even a cat snoozing and rain on the windows and candles ... really cozy

It cracks me up that 29° is sweltering. I know you don’t have air conditioning, so I feel for you. I had to do the calculations, but it’s been 36°- 40° here in Northern California. What a lovely video! It's a shame you missed the National Theatre Small Island production, I managed to watch it the day before they took it down and it was one of the best plays I've ever seen. The cast was incredible and the writing was too. Looking forward to ultimate cozy reading night!

I managed to take part in CRN in bed from 7:35pm until 10:30pm due to my partner being on FB video chat with his bestie lol but I have finally gotten around to finishing The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield, and have read another 40-50 pages of Northern Lights by Philip Pullman :D

I also love Foyles but, alas, they're no longer independent as they got bought out by Waterstones. If I can't find the book I want on Hive (who give a proportion of the sale to the independent bookshop of your choice), I get it from Foyles. Foyles (and Waterstones to be fair) do seem to really care about books unlike Amazon, so they are the lesser of two evils. Fully planing to ring Gay's The Word on 1st July (when they reopen) and see what Asexual-related books they have.
