Great circuit walk as usual Aris. Thank you! I love the layout of this track. Some good thinking has gone into it to really mix things up and create a variety of challenges. Changes of elevation and blind corner entries are always fun. Look out for five wide into T1!

What a nice track. I was doing 2:09, dipping into 2:08, watched my replays, and saw I could probably do 2:07. Then all my dreams got shattered when I saw Nils doing 2:04. I'm usually ~2 sec slower than the aliens and I'm content with that. Doing consistently 2:06 will be a big challenge for me.

It's a long and difficult track to master. The gap between aliens and normal people is bigger here than on any other track in this game.

@@eetuli85 Yeah. Some time after I posted, MoBo in my SimPC died. And I decided to buy a good PC case (O11 EVO). I was waiting ~10 days to get everything. Now, I'm doing finishing touches, so I can start driving again. I wonder how it will feel after weeks without simracing and new BOP and gearing change in BMW.

@@alpha007org I'm guessing not much, tbh. All that bop talk is for aliens really, who can squeeze every inch of performance out of the cars. Adding that sixth gear only feels natural because it's something that was missing. A few weeks isn't that bad, will be back in pace in no time

@@eetuli85 Yeah, well, on a lot of tracks, I trained myself to a "flow of track" and moments at which I change gears. I watched some youtube livestreams with a streamer driving BMW and it will be different. It helped me when driving very close behind someone and not seeing my brake markers. It's small things, but I guess it will be different. But I'm nevertheless happy that they finally fixed BMW.

​@@alpha007org adaptability is key in general from what I notice as a noob. Being able to consistently do the same thing over and over again is very important however I think that the next level after that is being able to adapt and still keep the same times, different breaking points and slight line alterations, and yet still being fast, which is key I would argue for a racer. Thus as a result also different gear changes when need be, etc. 2.09? Man, thats nice. Id be happy with that too tbh. How low did you manage to get your time to since then? I'm still struggling to hit 2.13 and 2.12 cleanly, my actual personal best recorded is currently at 2.14.017, some of those track limits had me invalidate my actual best times. I'm keeping them in mind to give myself the affirmation that I can do it with some more care on track limits, get into the headspace of "you got this" which usually helps, otherwise I'm overthinking and getting annoyed by every single mistake further increasing my lap times. The more chill I am and the more confident the better my laps become honestly. Still rather new to ACC (and well sim racing in general with a wheel, before that I was into AC for a few months but with a controller), so currently around 150-160hrs of on track time (not in game time, because that is exaggerated, it says 400hrs but I sure wasn't driving all those 400hrs, lol). My current time on this track is around 2.7hrs looking at the stats, 61 laps from what I see. Hope I can improve those times since this a track that I absolutely hate with the passion. I have a feeling though that once I learn it that it will be one of those tracks that starts on the hate scale and then turns to loving it. Curious if this actually happens. Still think so many aspects to this track are obnoxiously designed, but, if I can find a good rhythm and learn the track, as in every other case thus far with tracks I disliked, I will instantly start to love it. I mean end of the day, you are on the road going fast. If you can do this without breaking rhythm then every track becomes enjoyable I would say. Just some tracks have better visual ques to learn, others need more experience/feel I would argue.

This track is a fantastic addition. So many people hate on this track. They are WRONG! It will make for GREAT racing in ACC! I can't wait for endurance events here.

i never liked it. COTA ? Go away! But the work kunos has done here, is amazing, its the track in the US DLC i am starting to like most. Except the perverted track limits :D
