Le Cotolette al forno sono l’idea per un secondo piatto saporito, leggero, perfetto sia a pranzo che a cena.
Ingredienti:
1 zucchina grande 360gr
1 patata grande 370gr
2 carote 190gr
1 cucchiaino di sale
pepe nero macinato
prezzemolo
140gr di pangrattato
150gr circa di provolone dolce ,in alternativa potete utilizzare la mozzarella o formaggio a pasta filata
