Interesting brand. Never saw it in my country but I'd like an allpa of that size. Usually suitcase style packs they tend to be bigger.

REI carries a handful of Cotopaxi products. I saw a windbreaker and a bit larger backpack yesterday. So you can pick colors if you go that way. They are on the webpage, but then you are back to chance on them.

Great review as usual! I did not really get if the Batac is packable, like how much space would it take if you compress it to put it in a bigger bag during travel? Thx

Hey Yann! The Cotopaxi Batac 16L is not as packable as other compressible daypacks on the market. It doesn't compress down into itself or into a compression bag like these packs here packhacker.com/guide/best-travel-daypack/#packable However, you can still pack this daypack flat in a larger bag, but it will take up more room. I've been subscribed here for a year now. Would love to win the day pack or the jacket. Love those colors. But I don't use instagram. I'm mostly just on youtube. Rad was more of an 80's term. I loved the 80's and that's why I like the look of these things. It would be nice to see the winners announced here in the future.

Great review. I would like to contribute about the Batac 16L, which I have one: an ok pack for an expensive price. Ok, cotopaxi is a conscious social and environmental brand, but its products can't compete with Patagonia stuff. And we start to talk about packs, Osprey has always the best quality.
