It's important to freeze this cottage cheese ice cream in single servings, as it becomes very hard when frozen. Single-serving is ideal: just take it out of the freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Even if you use xylitol, the ice cream is still very hard. I recommend using powdered erythritol, as xylitol contains carbohydrates, while erythritol does not.

Je suis contente pose cette question car en France, je n'ai jamais vu des pots de fromage cottage. Sinon votre recette a l'air très sympa aussi bien pour la réaliser que pour la manger ! J'ai essayé une crème glacée avec de la crème et érythritol/fruits moine en poudre, DURE, cristaux de glace 😒 J'ai défait le bloc dur, et séparer en portions individuelles pour éviter de forcer pour en avoir.

C'est ce que je recommande dans la vidéo, de faire congeler en portion individuelle et de la sortir environ 10 minutes avant de la manger.
