I would change the front door, so it opened toward the living room, instead of the cute dining room and almost PERFECT kitchen, I would swap places with the stove and fridge. I am not a fan of large windows; I would rather have two narrow windows, with a fireplace and tv, between them. That way, the tv is viewable from the kitchen. I LOVE that side office/craft room! I would, also, cut the master closet in half. Using the back half, for a true laundry room, pocket door, from the side entry. The house size is perfect to save on heating and cooling bills. ----- Good tour. I like your suggestions.

Absolutely. This home is definitely customizable. You can add things or take away things. And it will definitely save you energy on Heating and Cooling costs. Thanks to the upgraded installation in the floors, ceilings and walls. As well as a thermal pain windows. All in all. You would definitely be comfortable in this beautiful home.😊👍

A Jacuzzi I will definitely consider it. But yeah front porch is already included with this home but I'm very sure you can extend it or you can also add a sign patio as well. And I agree 100%. lots of BBQ'S & lots of family and friend gatherings.

Yes this home definitely has a lot going for it. You're getting a whole lot here for a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom home. If I was single and living on my own I would definitely consider purchasing this home. Overall, a nice little cottage. Seems like something I could enjoy downsizing into as I reach retirement age. How are the mobile home communities in the area? I really want to live in JAX between the St. John and the beach, but it's a bit pricy there and no real mobile home parks. The St.Augustine area would be nice too. Thanks for the tour!! A king size bed in a 12x12 room wouldn't leave much room for nightstands or a dresser. A queen would be more appropriate for such a small primary bedroom. The overhead lights in the closet & laundry room look like flat LED panels vs. flourescent.

I absolutely love this home and it's floor plan there's another manufactured home maker known as CFR available in Florida manufactured homes that has a very similar model of this known as the sunflower pretty much an exact copy of this home that you're showing now. And they used to offer the home at $50,000 of course that's when Donald Trump was president I can't believe how much the homes price has gone up in just two years. More than tripled in price.

Hey Steven heyyyy! Happy Sabbath!!🌿 Now you know you have made my day with this beautiful, beautiful home. I am so into cottages!! This home is perfect!! I love it just the way it is. NO CARPET and decent closet space and I am good. I might french doors because I am a tad bit boujie!🤭😉😍 I so agree about the window and kitchen sink is a must have. I would love a plant window on that home. I would add doors to the open cabinets in the laundry room. Wow!! A medicine cabinet, my favorite. I need one.😁 The back splash and tiles in this home are immaculate.🙌🏼 My husband wants the huge home but I want a cute 3 bedroom cottage or cabin. I think the rectangular sinks would look beautiful in the bathrooms.😍 This home is gorgeous!! It's perfect!! Great job with the tour, content and voice over!! When I start my channel I plan to do voice overs. I can't wait. You mobile home content creators get to take road trips, and see things. I am new to this coast. I might as well see it. This would be perfect for our summer home in Montana. Our winter home is a condo in the Virgin Islands. Our plan is to rent our condo during the summer when we’re in Montana. The rent we will get from our condo will help us with additional income during our Golden Years

Very nice unit. The only thing that I'd consider modifying is in the LR because there isn't enough wall space to work with. I'd consider an alternative to the sliding barn doors so that the wall space on each side could be utilized, maybe even relocate the opening to the den to be closer to the frt door to that there's more continuous wall space in the den. I'd also consider extending the LR wall so that the kitchen can't be seen from the LR and so that there's yet more wall space in the LR (I'm not a fan of open concept). Otherwise, it's a lovely home.

A Palm Harbor Home are built just like a stick built. The basic interior features are on the cheap side, but you can opt for solid wood and granite countertops. But as far as the construction, subfloors, studs, etc are excellent quality. The beams under the subfloor are normally 6”, but Palm Harbor Homes are 8” so they’re 20% stronger. Having a manufactured home built to your specifications is the best way to go. Just upgrade what you want. Usually “Floor models” have the basic packages. DONT EVEN LOOK AT A CLAYTON HOME !!! They are the WORST manufactured homes on the market and customer service is horrible. Clayton Homes are a Ford Pinto, whereas the Palm Harbor Homes are the Rolls Royce when you order with the upgrades.

I only post the price in the video if it's available to me at the local dealership. And today's market price is constantly fluctuating with manufactured and modular homes. Some dealerships don't post prices. They like to speak with their customers 1 on 1 about pricing. However. I have visited a couple of dealerships that give rough estimate prices. I do have some videos on this channel of that. All dealerships are different when it comes to that. I can only go by what the dealership provides. THANKS FOR WATCHING.😊👍
