As an American living in Canada, I totally feel the not being able to see family for 20 months! I am so excited that I finally get to go back to the US in September to see my family!!! Thank you for sharing your experience with this as well. It really helps to see other people going through the same thing!

This vlog made me happy cause it’s so cute to finally see Lauren be reunited with her family members but also a little sad since I’m gonna be away from my family for a year so it reminded me of how I’ll probably be homesick. 😔

Feeling this entire upload being a Canadian dating an American. If you ever upload videos about tips for going back and forth, I'd be SUPER invested 👀 There's a few sites I regularly check, but hearing actual stories for tips on border crossing would be incredible if you're ever up to it!

I live in Pennsylvania but my family is from upstate NY and we have a cabin in the Adirondacks. When we go there we stop at a Tim Hortons that is still in Pennsylvania and I get a double double, a maple cream donut and a 40 of Timbits. Mom tried to drive by and I'm like "one does not just drive by a Tim Hortons." 🤣🥰
