Such a beautiful vlog filled with cozy books and activities. I love the Cottage Tales by Susan Wittig Albert💛 I find the English Cottage Garden series by H.Y. Hanna to also be quite cozy. Another favorite with this cozy garden/cottagecore vibe is the Book Retreat series by Ellery Adams. Some of my favorite cottagecore activities are reading cozies(of course!), knitting, baking, creating and enjoying cozy themed tea parties, and taking nature focused walks.💛

My library has one book by Gladys Taber -- Spring Harvest so I put a hold on it. Thanks for the recommend. Have you heard of Tasha Tudor? She was a children's author and illustrator who lived off the grid in her Corgi Cottage (with her corgis and various other animals) In Vermont. Her most popular illustrations were for The Secret Garden and The Little Princess. But she's written a bunch of her own books and illustrated many more. Anyway, there are a couple of non-fiction books about her and by her which I think would be similar to Gladys Tabor. Take Joy is one that I remember. And she's published at least one cookbook with her heirloom recipes and lots of personal vignettes on life and gardening and cooking and family. Some craft books too. She lived and even dressed like a woman from the 1800s.

Oh my gosh...Holly Hobbie! 💙 "The Blue Girl" was my favorite! I decoupaged her onto a rectangular wooden purse that I had stained (it was a _thing_ in the 60s/70s) and I carried it everywhere! Now I'm gonna have to create a Holly Hobbie board on Pinterest! 😆 What a wonderful, cozy video! Thank you for sharing! 📚 🫖

Wonderful video! My book I saved was The Little House. (I had to move 2 yrs ago and I got rid of my teaching stuff and over 75 boxes of picture books. I saved a few and Little House was one. (I have bought back a book or 2 from Book Outlet! Ugh!😇) Enjoyed the rabbits! ( but was it a game of tag or maybe mating season?!😊) Happy Reading or out on an adventure!😎📚🍎

The hobby I do besides reading is birding. I belong to a club in my area. I love birding because it gets me out appreciating nature. To me there is nothing more relaxing than taking a walk in nature and listening to bird songs. I’ve been berry picking, apple picking, and pumpkin picking and enjoy them very much. This video is amazing and beautiful (like yourself). We had wild blackberries on our farm growing up. I always got scratches and chigger bites, but I wouldn't have traded for the world, that special time spent with my mom. My container could never get full because I ate too many! 😅 Now, here in Florida we have a blueberry farm nearby, and a peach orchard where we can pick in season. What were the poems you read? Did you write them?

My cosy is curling up reading, either in the garden or on the sofa - depending on the weather and the season.
