It seems like nobody ever played this game the way the devs wanted to, lol I just beat it using my turbo pad on the real saturn, but i've read in a few websites that you should do some commands while shooting, like a upwards and downwards hadouken motion and shoot. Enemies hit by these special attacks will get enclosed into bubbles and attract other enemies, making chain explosions.
