Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs are smiling down from heaven. Every time I hear “Foggy Mountain Breakdown”, the movie BONNIE AND CLYDE (1967) with Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway come to mind. These kids are setting their instruments on fire!

Top notch Flat Pickin' Cecilia! Always fun to hear Geovanni slidin' those Dobro strings too! Great Fiddling, Banjo, and Mandolin as well, and I wish I got to hear the thumping of that Bass more. I love strong Bass line runs! Rosalinda grown into a beautiful young woman. In fact three beautiful sisters total. Keep up the good work people it's always wonderful!

This family group of six kids is fascinating. Six different instruments, and the most amazing thing of all is, each one of them can play 'LEAD' and play Lead brilliantly. This is a remarkable achievement/ability for these six siblings. Throughout my long career I only ever played Rhythm, and survived 99% of the time with a maximum of four-chords, with ONE EXCEPTION, whenever I played ''ANY OLD WIND THAT BLOWS' (a Johnny Cash song), I played an a-minor, making it FIVE chords. I watch these remarkable multi-talented kids, and I MARVEL at such wonderful talent. I hope it won't be long before they begin the first of what almost certainly will be, multiple appearances, to awe-struck audiences admiration 'on' The Grand Ole' Opry'. GO you great kids. GO.
@JedFordАй бұрын
I would add one tiny suggestion! Before they get-to The Opry! in Nashville: Find a way to have the Double-Bass sister, have her LEAD-moment, which a Bassist can-do, with bump, bump, notes coming out of that wonderful instrument. PS. If I were to add one-other compliment about these very gifted siblings, it is their amazing note-pickin' dexterity that is absolutely awesome!

Production critique only. You all play beautifully. Here the opening and ending with banjo was way too soft. Either he needed to move forward to the microphone or you need multiple microphones with an audio panel to adjust the inputs for the best sound.
@NevSauАй бұрын
Agreed The mics are “foggy” and not bright and clear like the old one that would pick up the slightest whisper all the high notes. You have great music which is being let down by poor sound quality Blessings Nick from NZ

Great music, as always. I would love to hear you all perform 'You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive," probably most well-known today from Patty Loveless: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5-YaIp4qduneZY But I also tend to favor the version by Kappa Danielson: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hXnLhXiupr-cqqs However you would lean, I know CPK would give us a superb rendition. Best wishes.
